About 3 hours but we stopped off at northcliffe holiday park on the way for a tremendous bacon stottie at the Coast cafe. Most of the rest was me dragging Cath up the hills. That is until she spied the brewery when she shot past me like her a**e was on fire. She was on her second by the time I got there!! Great vibe at the brewery, had some live music on and it was packed. Got the bus back to Middlewood via the Fylingdales Inn. Rude not to😂

Brilliant video guys , been to Hawes and the cheese factory many times ( and filled up on the samples 😂) but never been to the waterfall. Very impressive and on the list for our next trip to the Dales. Looking forward to videos from Northumberland another of our favourite places. Great biker music btw !! Head banging days of my youth 😅
Well done you two that video was superb you two should be getting paid by the British tourism board ..it looked like yous all had a great time..Claire being half Irish explains a lot☘️only kidding Mrs your fine as you are ☘️👍🏻
Bitty bitty love it that was the highlight. Only joking the whole vlog was exceptional, and Claire introduced her parents, were they jealous of Andrews parents been famous ?? Equal footing now
By eck took me right back to my youth being. - Dragged round dales with my parent in tent and caravan - pretty sure the falls were free then as my parent would not have paid for entry …………Question what’s the rockin tune at the end of the video by? Great video and glad the weather turned up for a change.
Yes they are very refreshing. Getting a little bored of others that only going into charity shops and trying to find the cheapest Chinese! Lovely content you two very informative and highly amusing. X😊
@@Stchristopherofatlantis - brilliant. That’s an artist to add to our arriving a site (insert name here) music when we rock up - what do they call someone who hangs around with musicians? A drummer 🫡 - and finally for your Yorkshire waterfall considerations - next time you hit Whitby a gander at falling foss (aim for the mine works on south of Whitby - it’s free ………….(ok not as tall as Hawes but seeing we’ve had nae summer it won’t dry up either and there’s a veritable cornucopia of dog friendly walks and a adult beverage facility for the thirsty there too. Hidden gem and the Camc sites at the top o hill too . I know as we’ve booked again for the August break.
very nice video guys. Who was flexing their cinematic skills on this one then? Did you let Pablo have a go? Isn't it weird that not one motorcycle manufacturer can make a quiet bike. I've not once had to rev my car engine to prove that it works, but every single motorbike owner, feels the need to do this every 5 seconds. What I meant to say was, what beautiful countryside. I do miss England after watching your videos. thanks guys.
@@Stchristopherofatlantis I stopped in there for a quiet Pint while doing the Long Distance Path The Pennine Way (270 mile long) from Edale in Derbyshire to Kirk Yetholme on Scotland. I return again after I left the Army to do it from Scotland down to Edale, and returned again a few years ago aged 64 to hike from Darlington to the Lake District then down via Kirkby Stephens and Hawes and onto Richmond before catching a local bus to Darlington for my return coach trip back to Essex. I have been retired now for a few months and nearly always find a new UA-cam video of either the Coast to Coast Hike or the Pennine Way Hike to watch each day and relive some of my memories. Thank you for making this old man happy to see someone else enjoy what I am sadly no longer caperble of doing. Tony in Essex, a retired Hiker
Hi Tony, your hiking travels sound fantastic, some real adventures and stories!! 👍👍 Love to hear you enjoyed watching and hopefully any others we do you will enjoy as well. We send our best wishes xx
@@Stchristopherofatlantis That was the edited list of hikes I have done in the past from 1976 to last year I hike every year for two or three weeks at a time, Pennine Way 270 miles South to North, same again but North to South, Coast to Coast Wet to East and again a year later East to West, John OGroats to Lands End, then again the following year from Lands End to John OGroats, Norfolk Coast path 200 miles North to South, then I took three years off from work the wall the Coastline of Great Brittian (England Wales and Scotland) and so many more shorter walks all under 250 miles. Mind you I am paying for it now as my knees are both unrepairable but the doctors say I am too you for Hip and knee replacements. So I spend all day watching UA-cam Hiking videos to pass the time, just lately (in the last two months) I have added touring vans and caravan videos to my list of things to watch. Could not have done all that if I was married so maybe its just as well I like my own company as I live alone and only need to go food shopping once a month, which is also how often I talk to a real Human Being. "I love a good path" 🤣Know what you mean though ! Lovely Hawes, missed that waterfall, will have to return. Did you venture into the rope museum, fascinating ? Fabulous as ever guys.❤
If you return, give us a buzz! Meet you there!
Hope you are ok. We miss Scotland xx
@@Stchristopherofatlantis Will do ! All good ta, we finally have some sunshine. Enjoy Northumberland. X
Good vlog, nice that you had good weather, no retro sweets this time, just creamy cheese👍
👍👍 can’t beat a bit of cheese!! 🧀
Awesome you went :). Ahhh the tesco bag in the river over the bridge has gone lol. True yorkshireman their free lunch eat the cheese ;)
Hi 👋 Yes we went and loved it 👍
Have a great week ⭐️
@@Stchristopherofatlantis Thank you. Chatsworth house at end of the month.
We haven’t been to that one. Let us know 👍
@@Stchristopherofatlantis its our second visit, Xmas was awesome
What’s with the professional narrating, looks a nice site and love the waterfall. Always helps with blue sky.
No it’s us narrating 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Brilliant video guys , been to Hawes and the cheese factory many times ( and filled up on the samples 😂) but never been to the waterfall. Very impressive and on the list for our next trip to the Dales. Looking forward to videos from Northumberland another of our favourite places. Great biker music btw !! Head banging days of my youth 😅
Hi. If you ever go again now you know to go to the waterfall in the pub car park 🤣🤣🤣 ☀️☀️
The bitty comment had me spitting my tea.😂
That was one of my best jokes 🤣🤣🤣
Bitty comment did me in 😂😂😂😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Great again, couple of questions,,, was Andy trying to pull his own teeth out 😂😂😂 and Darren said really nice drone footage who did it for you 👀🤣
Hello 👋 🤣🤣🤣🤣
They say to look at the mother when choosing a wife but Claire is the spitting image of her dad. A handsome woman indeed.
This is hilarious 😂😂
school visit in the 70s to the falls , just remember sitting on the bus wet through with a few others and a rollicking from teacher
Love this story 🤣❤️
Hey ,thought that was us in the autotrail then 😅😅
🤣🤣🤣👍 look out for us
Well done you two that video was superb you two should be getting paid by the British tourism board ..it looked like yous all had a great time..Claire being half Irish explains a lot☘️only kidding Mrs your fine as you are ☘️👍🏻
Hi 👋 Glad you enjoyed it. Cracking spot with fab weather 👍☀️🚐
☘️🤣❤️
I wonder how the waterfall managed to maintain itself in the centuries before they started charging an entrance fee.
Hi, That is a very fair comment!
Thanks for watching 👍
Bitty bitty love it that was the highlight. Only joking the whole vlog was exceptional, and Claire introduced her parents, were they jealous of Andrews parents been famous ?? Equal footing now
Hi Brian 👋
Love to read you enjoyed our video 👍☀️
Yummy cheese I'll trade you for fresh Alaska salmon 😋 🎉
👋🤣
By eck took me right back to my youth being. - Dragged round dales with my parent in tent and caravan - pretty sure the falls were free then as my parent would not have paid for entry …………Question what’s the rockin tune at the end of the video by? Great video and glad the weather turned up for a change.
Ey up! Let me check what that song is called and get back to you. We felt it made the images dramatic 👍👍
Yes they are very refreshing. Getting a little bored of others that only going into charity shops and trying to find the cheapest Chinese! Lovely content you two very informative and highly amusing. X😊
Hi, thanks for watching and glad you are enjoying 👍👍 We hope you continue to
Hi. It’s called “call of the north” by Niklas Johansson 👍
Hi 👋 Andy is the cinematic director 👍
How are you?
We’ve never thought of a silent motorbike, great idea and a way to make yourself millions 💰
I called to the Hawes creamery loved it then rode over buttertub on my Motorcycle
Glad you enjoyed it. Did you get some cheese 😂👍
If you go to Alnwick call at Turnbulls pie shop , beautiful food 😊👍🏻
Pie is my most favourite food 👍👍🥧
wow i use to think i lived in the best county in the uk , devon but actually yorkshire is quite stunning.
The mighty Yorkshire is a beauty
You will have to send recommendations for us in Devon. We must visit 👍
@@Stchristopherofatlantis i will but im packing my bags now and moving to yotkshire,
Yorkshire.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Way back in the late 1970s it cost me 20p to view the Waterfall, to hear the price now is shocking.
Yes it’s now £4. We really enjoyed the walk, it was fab 👍 Thanks for watching and hope not brought back memories
All the Best for future trips. Tony in Essex. PA If you want to see some of my 35mm Photography I took over the years they are here -> facebook.com/TonyUK11/ No need to send a Friends request as everybody World Wide can view them. Tony in Essex
Just watching latest vlog but Claire's voice over was overpowered by background soundtrack imho. 👍
Hi. Thanks for this feedback, we love to get this kind of info so we can get better and better
Have a fab week 👍👍👍
Try Force falls, very impressive..
Oooosh I’ll look those up!!
Hope you guys are well after your smashing trip 🚐
@Stchristopherofatlantis very well thanks, we'll be out again in September for a couple of months.
Hawes is in a beautiful area, even better without a million motor bikes 😡
Hi. We loved the place, it was fab ❤️
Thanks for watching our video 👍
It wont be plus when you’re not allowed in the creamery, shop or cafe!! Sorry i meant to say dogs wont be allowed inside!

Thanks a bit cheesy but good

Andy is fab at choosing the music. Some corkers for Northumberland 👍🚐
4 quid to see this ? It was free 20 years ago ! They should be arrested.
🤣🤣
Loved the vid as always guys. Claire, your dads a star. Andrew you're a proper Yorkshireman like me. Accent and attitude. When in Hawes, you said 'It would be lovely to have anouse ere'. And at the creamery when you found out about the hundreds of free samples, you abandoned the idea of cheese on toast. Just like me mate, we're as tight as a ducks arse, and that's watter tight. Shove a lump of coal up my arse and in 2 weeks its a diamond.......!!!!!!!! Brilliant a s always xx
Can’t beat Yorkshire men 👍👍👍
Hope you have had a great weekend so far!
Great vlog this week , that part of Yorkshire is just beautiful. Ingleton Falls another great place to visit . Loved seeing your mum and dad Claire, the comment about Bitty cracked me up 🤣that’s what I would have said too !! Look forward to the Northumberland trip , don’t get stuck on the causeway on way to Holy Island ( someone does every year 😮) ❤
Let’s hope it’s not us. Hope you are well x
