Just test rode both the Lowrider ST and RG ST today..thought I’d love the the RG but felt like I was driving a bus..it was shockingly boring to me..the Lowrider ST was the business!! Felt alive and loved the wind protection with clean air still coming through..also noticed the 117 power much more on it vs the heavier RG..
I have a 21 harley ultra stage 2 fun bike but heavy. Been really considering getting low rider st and add forward control, seat, passenger pegs and a tour pack on it. But I don’t know how well it would do for 2 up riding a lot
I sold my Street Glide ST and got a Low Rider ST and have no regrets, but I only ride solo. For 2-up I think the touring bikes are going to be more comfortable. The softail handles better and is sportier for anything other than droning down the freeway. If you're doing a lot of highway/freeway though the touring bikes can't be beat.
You can swap out the air suspension on the Lowrider and make it as smooth as the street glide or road glide, I know that for a fact because I’ve done it
People often like the heavy bike on the road at speed … but stop and go in rush hour on a heavy bike require you to really do everything right.. a lighter bike is so much easier to manage

I liked both a lot. Kinda wish my first attempt to purchase had worked out and I had ended up with the LRST. Oh well, someday...
"Fuck your copyright". Had me rolling good sir.

Those are good points. I avoid riding in traffic and mostly ride on backroads.
