And learn to swim laps. Eventually, that is all that is left to you, when you are trying to stay young and in shape as you get older. I am 72. I swim a mile five nights a week. And I swim fast, all flip turns, and the last length butterfly. When you are as old as I am, to be rich, you have to be healthy first. Take that to the bank. Great show, Shawn.

Crawford is so right about elderly people watching on an app. My grandfather has been a huge boxing fan since the 50s and watches every big fight that he can, and he doesn't even know what an app is. He would have gladly paid for the ppv on tv, but didn't have access to it because he doesn't have internet. These fights need to be on regular TV for older people.
On a separate note, I'm a Spence fan, and still think Spence would beat Crawford, but Crawford earned my respect with this win.
i rock with Crawford all day long, but the ufc does that on literally every ppv
people got get in touch with the times.
Plus the ppv was around $90, including espn+. That significantly affected buys as this fight should’ve been around $60-70 to have a chance at any success.

Yes, but they were never rivals, for example Caleb knew himself Canelo was gonna take him out. He can't be mad after after taking the L. But when the fighters are evenly matched and there is no clear favorite, that's when the loss hurts the most.

I will say this: TC may be one of the few current fighters that can do well with some of those 80's legends.

Look, those 80's guys were hard core. 80s fighter could take and give and keep going for 12-15 rounds....in many cases its was the later rounds that the winner would take over. Now we have parents stopping fights on relatively small combinations. These fighters today don't have the same DNA.
@@jabarihaymond7704 Let's be real...do you even foresee TC hurting Marvin Hagler? The answer is "no"...not even in late rounds. On the other hand, do you see Hagler hurting TC? Yes, but I also see TC being able to adjust and make it a good fight....which other of the current genre would not be able to do. A guy like Hagler would make those guys quit by round 5.
@@yestochrist4391 If the Hagler we saw in that time period was around today he would be the most avoided fighter out there 😂 anyway Hagler was a middleweight so TC too small to fight him regardless. Caneloriod would never entertain the idea of fighting him, GGG would be a crazy fight, not even sure they would break each other like that, fight would definitely go to points, Hagler more mobile than him and is the better boxer so ggg would get outboxed, outworked etc but he would probably still be on his feet. Anyone else in the division would not hear the final bell against Hagler, he breaks andrade in 6, charlo same.

This is all very true. I’m a 57 year old male and I couldn’t figure out how to download this app and then you had to use my device to stream it to my tv. The cost of $89.00 was not an issue, I would have paid that all day to watch Bud fight Shawn all day. The issue was the complexity of getting the fight. So next time please fight on a venue that I could just buy the fight on my tv. Love both my dudes, and good luck on your future endeavors.

Terrence Crawford is a true Champion! I owe him an apology I didn't give him the credit and respect he deserves! I really thought it was fucked up how Bob Arun played Crawford with that app shit but he got a bright future ahead of him and I will always give him his respect from this day forward.
Big ups to Bud I always knew he had what it takes to be the best and everyone was just avoiding him, I guess that's what it seemed like to me.
