If they knew what kind of potential they truly have with this game alone, they should really shift their focus onto it more heavily. slow updates are welcome and good additions to this already awesome simulator. BUT, they can do so much more with it. it could really blast its way up those steam most played lists if given the right features. Now coop mode is out for consoles and soon there will be more updates like the shields and weapons etc, plus the secret update, This game really needs to take some inspiration from Skyrim/Fallout(generally bethesda games), we already have randomly spawning stuff in Medieval Dynasty, but if you build into that more heavily giving each player the feeling of the world changing and sudden events happening here and there you can make it feel so alive and lived in. There is a reason bethesda games have done so well, and thats the ability for the player to live in the world to a degree that no other games does as good, you would not be stealing from bethesda, you would simply use what works in terms of game mechanics. Im excited to see where the devs take this game in the future.
@@kimberg2539 it has seasons. A town full of life little missions to-do. Realistically what was there to do in those time I think it's done very well. The learning curve is more towards the older people compared to Bethesda and tbh you can't really compare the two other than it's RPG. Every update is a bonus to this. As medieval RPG city builder the best one and has massive potential. Big up again RENDER CUBE and TOPLIZ for a stake in some land in oxbow with a few of my companions 👌
@@killerdoug20 my point is not to make it like skyrim, rather use some of their mechanics to improve the feeling of interaction with the world. It feels too static as it is now. More random encounters, bandit raids on your village now and then, make death have the option of meaning something, lose money or something else on death. Make villagers able to die from diseases or being killed by bandits, renaming of villagers would also be a cool feature. Gives it a unique twist, make foxes lynx etc able to try come kill your chickens at seldom intervals, have the ability to plan and arrange feasts or celebratory events for your villagers, more stuff generally to sink money on. There is tons of options to improve the game from static to more alive.
I been saying same thing mostly. This Is a great game with lots of room for growth and improvement. Qnd I love the custom settings feature let's ppl play how they want. I have no problem with ur idea qbout death penalties as long as it's an optional setting.

Das wird sicherlich einige Leute zurück zu Medieval Dynastie holen. Freut mich wenn ein kleine studios bessere Games erstellt als ubisoft und die anderen Versager in den letzten jahren. Bleibt stabil 🎉

That said i was disappointed to find out I couldn't build on a pier like the fishing town but anyway maybe that can come in next content pack😊 ...? Hopefully in the not so far future.
I can see u guys have Alot of different games ur working on and sengoku isn't even out on console yet .. but hopefully u guys have more stuff planned and enough time resources and ppl to make it happen. If so then plz check out some ideas ( which I'm sure u already have plenty of😅)
I would love to be able craft armor and weapons . Maybe that can come with a new content map that offers combat / raids / bandit village/ village watch tower building with new job (ppl with hunting skill). Ability to dress villagers with armor and equip weapons plus clothing.
(Also add more clothing like Royalty -queen king princ princess
Lords lady knights merchants ranger theif/ninja jester bard minstrel
Clergy- pope bishop nun priest Templar )
Add a Bell post u can actually ring that calls all villagers to the area
The ability to repair tools weapons and armor (builders hut aka repair hut- repairs items in storage for half the materials it costs to craft it)
Musical instruments - lute harp drum flute...
And Or music shed structure with seats connected to each instrument that automatically play when player or villager is seated.
Singer or band job (ppl with diplomacy) villager plays music boosting morale and production
Outside villagers coming to visit our village markets stalls and tavern ( bands music increases sell price of market stalls )
I have lots more ideas but I doubt anyone's gonna get this far into the message. Again thank you soooo much for the new co op update game is lots more fun with a friend . But there's always room for improvement. Thank you. 😊1
Ps .. maybe the ideas above can work for sengoku dynasty as well . Sorry for long rant and thanks again for such a great game

First of all, we are just the publisher; Render Cube are the developers :) Second, they are already working on the "Armor, Shields, and Crest" update, so we'll see what it brings. Cheers!
new to the game... why can't i custom keybinds, why do I have to stop movement completely to swap equipment
You need to select the key bind first to change it (F button).

Yes, PS plus is needed to play Co-Op and cross platform is already there 😁

Good game! Can you add cyrillic in names of characters and places. It is strange that in the game in dialogs names and places are written both cyrillic and latin (road signs and map are possible to anderstand, but not comfortable too). It is not so comfortable, as could be. But all the rest is fine.

well thanks for the update, but the game keeps crashing when the season changes :/
okay update: It seems like a crash can be avoided if you craft something around midnight (season changes as usual but the crafting wheel was still on the HUD; plus one villager of mine gotpregnant) - maybe this helps with bug fixing :D

Is animal and bandit Ai still from the 80s? Do animals still have fixed spawns and come back in the exact same place year after year? Does villagers still wonder off and have rediculous pathing? Is the building placement system still very restrictive? Are there still no civil town buildings like town hall or a monastary? Are there still no factions or reputation systems? Is fishing still done by shooting arrows or throwing spears? Are farm plots still limited to NWSE orientations? Whats the point of this update?
It's a CO-OP UPDATE for consoles with some new content for other players.

No ps4 update or free upgrade to the ps5 to thoes who have bought the game...so what you expect people to pay out more cash for the ps5 version, this is a very scummy practice.
Just refund like I did. They released it for PS4/Xbox and then they decided to block the new update for them. Now all the future updates are for next gen

We understand your frustration, but Co-Op Mode was announced only for current-gen consoles from the beginning. We never stated otherwise.
