This solved my problem.
I use airplane mode when carrying my phone in my pocket to reduce emf absorption. But every time I toggled airplane mode off, wifi and Bluetooth would always reenable. My first world problem has been fixed! Ty
False. False. False. Don’t produce content if you’re going to give bad information! Regrettably, i’m not sure that there’s a good way to do this without jailbreaking the phone. Following the steps will disable the Wi-Fi, but it will eventually automatically turn back on at seemingly random intervals. This has occurred on every recent version of iOS on multiple devices. It seems that Apple chose money over privacy. Because this used to be a big talking point for them is that, you knew an iPhone wasn’t gonna be feeding wifi points in stores, it was particularly touted in regards to Apple Pay since having it automatically off, would make the chances of someone setting up a bogus Wi-Fi net work, and connecting to your device 0%.
Same for me it randomly turns back on and starts connecting to random shit while I’m driving
@@LocalBoyy soo do I buy samsung?
@@miti4045 I went into my network settings and completely reset it and that seemed to fix at least for now
Man's is just gambling.
Don't turn off wifi in control centre just go to settings and turn it off manually
If you turn off wifi in control centre it will show on the top "Disconnecting nearby wifi until tomorrow" blue button turns into white it means your wifi will automatically turn on the next day so we have to turn off wifi by opening settings manually and this also same for Bluetooth
thank me later😊
Thank you so much for valuable information ❤💐❤️🙏
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth keep turning on automatically EVERY DAY no matter what I do. I don’t want Wi-Fi or Bluetooth turning on EVER unless I press the button myself! It’s probably a further way for them to spy and see what other devices are around us.
These phones are inferior to Android. Blue texts are cool but that’s about it. They’re very limited media wise and typing is more difficult. When I want to move the cursor it takes way too much effort. On my Samsung I simply tap where I want the cursor.
@@yvonnebuenavitez6710 Not sure. I have an iPhone 11. They know what they’re doing though. There’s no reason something should AUTOMATICALLY turn on every day. It’s probably so the phone can scan and see where a person is, which devices they’re around, and what kind of other technology they’re near. It’s more privacy intrusion. These things watch and listen 24/7 if they’re in the room with you.
it works now for me its all turned off even that screen
@@FuelforLife001so it never reconnected by itself? I turn my off in the settings and it’s always randomly back on. Especially when my phone is being weird in public because it’s trying to connect to random networks. I have to check that it’s off a few times per day, instead of it just staying off. It’s driving us crazy 😂
i have iphone, its hard to deal it, but i have samsung for many years and its easier to use and turning off on
I do turn it OFF in settings but it still randomly turns back on. I never ever use Wi-Fi. I pay a lot of money to have Verizon unlimited.
Thank you so much ❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉
Nope I went to my provider yesterday and he did the same thing. I woke up this morning and the WI-FI was back on.
If you tap on the icon it starts doing it again until you turn it off again.
nope go to setings, tap on wifi, then tap again on your wifi name, it will open more setings and you can turn it off, i even turn off that display on on all off

actually it turns on even less then a day. this solution is annoying too, no offence.. I wish that they would have changed that. my next phone won't be an iphone..
Yes!!! There so much “extra steps” to make just to really turn it off.
thank you bor
Got it thanks

On my phone, wifi turns itself on automatically like every 5 minutes rather than waiting until next day. It’s SUPER annoying and I don’t understand it…
Yeah. I don’t really get it why apple do this sh!t. 🤷🏻♀️
You are not alone bro😢 its annoying, I miss my android
ty
thank you so much
Great clear video, I tried to listen to a video with a female from bombay, but the accent was very thick and I just couldn't concentrate.
is that wifi scanning?
I have an iPhone.
I turn off the wifi as you show under settings.
It still turns on automatically, and it is annoying. Any advice?

Get a landline
You may have a rogue app with permissions (enabling wifi) it shouldn't have.
Yeah everyone knows this, but what we really want is that to be the default in the Swipe Up Menu.
Man I hate the internet for this
Been looking for this for ever. Thanks 👍
Glad to help
Yeah the same thing repeated over and over but that don't always work either. I have it off there always and if auto join is on it will still turn on when apple feels like doing it. Recently even with wifi off and auto join off it still turns back on, mostly for updates. I reckon the Big 3 carriers made a deal with Apple to do that so they save money, pretending its for the people. In my case I over pay for unlimited with Verizon yet Apple wants me to use wifi. The only real way to to forget the network which deletes the password. Way to go large greedy corps.
Top 5 most useless videos of all time
It works idk why everyone is saying that it is nonsense
doesnt work here 😡
@@FuelforLife001 it works here
I don’t get why others see this video as if it doesn’t work? Just turn it off straight in the settings. That’s what he did in the last part.
Because it doesn't work for everyone. Nothing works to disable it on my iPhone, and yes I follow all the steps correctly and have tried countless other hacks.
This is the reason my next phone gonna be android. Bought my first iPhone 6 months ago. Gonna be my last. This shit sucks
Apple software engineers are smart people, they just haven't got out of grade school yet...
Change WiFi settings to manual. Turn off auto join button in settings

Tap "i" sign of your wifi network, then turn off Automatic Join. That's it
How do you stop iPhone pestering you to turn on wifi ?
i did it yrsterday and now was on
Did you figure it out?
@@djdup3819 ya, it was off then 🙏
you did it from control center...that might be reason
Mine goes to wifi without me doing it. So something is up. How do I fix that?
This is completely wrong advice and it doesn’t work. You have to go to every WiFi network in your phone and there’s a switch that says connect automatically - TURN IT OFF!
I did that , and constantly turn wifi off in settings... and it still tries to randomly connect to networks on its own. Nothing has worked on my end for my iPhone 14 Pro. This will be my last iPhone, ever.
That’s rubbish as my iPhone 14 Pro after being in all night turned it back on.
I tried this too but it just doesn’t work either
Doesn't work. In fact my iPhone keeps automatically searching for Wifi after every other minute. As a result, my hotspot keeps getting turned off, and the devices that are connected to my iPhone's hotspot gets disconnected. This is really annoying.
Not true on iPhone 14 Pro, as if turned off within WiFi settings, automatically turned itself back on again.
yes i turned it off and now was open again 🤢 any solution yet
There is no solution
i found it it works now
@@FuelforLife001 what solution did you find that works? I've tried everything and it's driving me a bit batty! lol
follow instructions...DON'T turn off wifi from control center..Use settings Only!
Duuuude
Such a stupid thing, regretting switching to ios so much
Or you can just ask Siri to "turn off wifi" and she does it for you. No need to go to setting a do it manualy.
The problem that a lot of people are having, including me, is that nothing works to disable the wifi. I've asked Siri to turn wifi off, I've turned it off in settings, I have reset network settings multiple times and tried all the steps again, and wifi STILL randomly turns on all the time. Auto-join is off and stays off, and yet my phone still randomly turns wifi on and tries to connect to networks. From what I'm reading, it happens to many others, too. It's incredibly annoying.
@@cararedhorn9876 Than I guess all the brands have their buggs, just like samsung with its annoying bannana effect and huawei compromissing photos in the galery or google phones over heating......apple apparently randomly turns on the wifi. Could be worse if you ask me. Maybe it'l go away if you restart your phone or instal the ios or you can ask in an apple store, maybe they can help if your phone still has its warranty.
Stop calling it's a false information if you doesn't know how to do it in a right way

Come on! Don’t insult our intelligence. You know this doesn’t work at all!
NOPE!
it works on mine now its off
even that screen while you not using a phone
This isn't true. It will turn itself back on the next day. What a waste of a video. A good way to get views.

Nope.

Waste of time watching
What the permanent fix to just turn it on and off instead of it always goin into standby anyone know? Thanks
Nope still toggles its self back
Not true. Does not work this way on iPhone 14. My Wi-Fi turns on on its own and annoyingly slows my phone.
