Canadian Convoy Protester Spit On Marco Mendicino

Carl a well known figure in the Canadian convoy movement has now been trespassed from parliament hill after spitting on MP Marco Mendicino. The trespass is for 365 days but I do wonder if charges will come because if not it might embolden other convoy members to assault MPs with only a trespass to worry about.
