This Video i wanna show you how to fix your BlackBerry 10 App World Not working issue. Recently some of BlackBerry 10 user are get problem to open App World on their Blackberry 10 Device. Which is show as follow

Saw a few comments where people are facing problem with their IP connection (had the same issue) stating that the site cant be reached, after typing the IP to the playbook.
Don't forget to open (on your phone) BlackBerry settings > network > wifi > IPv4 and copy THAT IP address stated there to the playbook and than click LOG IN.
DO NOT COPY IP ADDRESS FROM THIS VIDEO, it is just an example, your IP would be probably different.

Thanks for this useful information, I don't know the exact issues with my BBZ30 I have used this method on average every month but right now the final stage of the update not stable to input password it's just blinking. I will appreciate any help to resolve this

You need a fresh setup for your BB10 Device, you can reload Software by autoloader in your BB Z30, then get an update, after giving an update, I hope the issues will be solved. (No Extra Apps install before full setup)

remove ''BB10/Playbook App Manager" and again add that extension, and clearly set the address I mean to follow my instruction.
The file you are trying to download is no longer available.
This could be due to the following reasons:
The file has been removed because of a ToS/AUP violation.
Invalid URL - the link you are trying to access does not exist
The file has been deleted by the user.

You're supposed to enter the IP Address found @ Settings » About » Network » Wi-Fi or USB » IPv4 in the Device Hostnames/IPs field.

Please confirm your device is connected with your computer or not. whatever it is with wifi/Data Cable. if successfully connect and you save the IP address. then you see a message under below which is like "Manage your Device" and the same IP address showed. Click on the showed IP address then a new tab open which requires device password. Which is shown in my Video at 2:34 Sec.
