For anyone starting Swift/SwiftUI, you're in the right place. I just completed Nick's entire Bootcamp series (Beginner/Intermediate/Concurrency/Advanced), and I've gotta say, out of all the other tutorials I've watched, Nick's the most organised teacher. There isn't a single thing he's missed in his bootcamp series, which makes you feel like you've covered all areas, and can then fill in the gaps yourself on a case-by-case basis. I've thoroughly enjoyed watching his videos and feel a huge sense of accomplishment. Note, that although some of the videos are a few years old, there is also a great community of people on his videos that show how to fix syntax that has become deprecated. Even when there isn't, you'll figure it out. Mostly everything covered is still relevant. So, what are you waiting for?!

I watched many bootcamp and multi part tutorial videos on SwiftUI and I just couldn't get started because nobody is explaining the basics of SwiftUI in an easy to understand manner, they immediately jump into creating an app and just type code on the screen without explaining the basic concepts and what each line is doing exactly, but you have explained everything very well at the right pace, step by step, well organized and well recorded videos, plus I love your style of teaching. Great work and keep it up !
I have now viewed all 62 videos in the SwiftUI Bootcamp. There are a number of SwiftUI tutorials available -- many that have to be purchased. The Swiftful Thinking Bootcamp is by far the best and the most thorough. Nick has done a remarkable job.

I have over 40 years programming on mainframe and am big on documentation which you do a Super job on as well as explaining all videos so very well and that’s an understatement. Hi Cold Fire! Yes, it is SO much easier. I learned to code on UIKit and I will probably never go back to using it (unless I have to haha). Apple has made SwiftUI so incredible easy to learn and implement!

You have the best Xcode content on UA-cam! Xcode changes so rapidly it’s hard to find good videos and literature on how to code in Xcode. Are these videos still relevant? Xcode 15 will be out soon and it makes me shutter when I think what will be changing. I would pay you to teach me how to use Xcode!
Yes, it’s almost all applicable still. Anything that has been deprecated has been addressed in videos I’ve appended to the end of the playlist! I will continue to do that for every OS update.
How out of date is this series in 2023? I want to get started, but as a beginner I'm a bit intimidated that the course might have some out of date parts that I won't be able to fix on my own, or something like that

just watch it, and you will get updated by XCode, it will tell you what's deprecated, and what to use instead of the modifier

SwiftUI seems so much easier to understand than UIkit. I was totally lost with UIkit so im gonna start with swiftUI
