@@johnmethew95 thank you again John! So what you mean leave for 24hours? Is your polycam remote disconnect from you camera ? I use at my office and have no issues but also check the batteries on the remote if you use a lot. I can help you with any issue just let me know ok?

Hey Francis ! Thanks for watching ! So in this particular model only way to use a external speaker is by routing inside windows. This model only offer to add an extension mic not speaker. If you want to use your speakers from your mixer in teams or whatever program you using you have to choose that on windows instead of the polycam speakers. @@oxpertecengineering1394 hi! I think leaving the mics on your mixer you will have better control of the mics. I think you should test to see what is best. I don’t use that camera with my stream setup otherwise I would test as I use for work on my office.

Can this system be used as a location/room ? That is standalone or should it be used via laptop or pc? Can you replace a Trio 8800 with Visual+ USB camera and TV using hdmi? we have the complete system but we cannot use the whole full system for Teams. If you have any advice. Good luck!!
Hey Chris! Thank you for watching and sorry for the delay response. This polycom is different from the trio. The camera is not a standalone device it need to be connect to a laptop and or a pc. I’m not sure if can connect to a tv but I don’t think is intended to. So what equipment do you have? The polycom camera and the trio? What is your idea to use with teams?
Hi Streety10101! You will need to connect to the pc because this camera as you plug it will need to install a driver , which is automatically. If you connnect straight to the tv it will not work. Thank you for watching and hope could help you with your question.😁

Try also different USB port on your laptop. I had some of those cameras not showing on computer just like that so sometimes was the cable sometimes is the port.

Are you able to connect a iPhone or iPad to the device? For example stream your screen to the video bar? Through bluetooth for example?

I have a smart tv that I display my pc screen through via HDMI. can I connect this straight into the tv USB ports or do I have to connect to my PC?
