In the entire duration of my 2 months long trip to Manali, I tries various famous cafes and cuisines and here are some of the ones that I absolutely recommend.

Any climbers in the town can hit Rocky's cafe. People would not know but it has a climbing wall and overhang wall as well down in the basement. Chill scene. All free. Order food and climb.

Hi, next time try Valentino in Jagatsukh, Fat Plate in Shuru, Casa Bella Vista in Manali, Lazy Dog, Rock Garden in Vshishth and Pizza Olive on shuru Prini road....La Plage also is very good and they open for winter in Goa and summer in Manali....Pizza Olive too has a branch in Aarambol beach....food at all these places is outstanding....most serve woodfire oven pizza and other Italian delicacies like canneloni, ravioli....cafe 1947 and Il Forno are great too...and anywhere Suneet Rawat is performing and he does most of the season nights in any of these it turns out to be a night to remember. thanks

For anyone looking for the local food which is siddu you can also try the house of nature cafe on the way to jogini falls. It’s the most underrated place and absolutely lovely.
