For me the biggest distraction is UA-cam itself. Nearly 2 months ago i had deleted instagram and didn't use it till this day but then youtube took all over me. My screen time for youtube is on an average 8 - 9 hours. It's like an escape from the work that needs to be done . I know all of this but still I'm stuck in this daily "ritual".😢

My advice would be to find a competitor
And just be insecure about them out working you at every and any given moment.
That's the only solution (temporary) that I've found to be working for me
