Alberta's Oldest Blacksmith Shop

Built in 1902, the Blacksmith Shop Museum is the oldest operational Blacksmith Shop in Alberta today. While some additions and alterations have been made over the course of its hundred-year-old existence, the shop’s original forge continues to be used in blacksmithing demonstrations taking place today.
