Way to explain nothing. I am no wiser about the situation after watching your “news” about it.
What was the point then.
bro same
It means administrative state (agencies) have no power anymore.
tl;dr Unelected bureaucrats are mad they no longer have unilateral ability to change the law as they see fit. EPA cant just go making rules against how you use the water on your own property. etc
@@inksday We need rules. I have to follow rules on my property slick. I have to mow and clean my yard. You're not slick at all come to think of it.
@@inksday Ain't nobody gonna tell me to mow or get that junk outta my yard.
I love watching the control freaks sperg out.
(Clutches pearls) won't someone think of the bureaucrats??😅
*Where will people be resurrected?* Some people are resurrected to life in heaven to rule as kings with Christ. (2 Corinthians 5: 1; Revelation 5: 9, 10) The Bible calls this “the first resurrection” and “the earlier resurrection,” both expressions implying that there is another resurrection to follow. (Revelation 20: 6; Philippians 3: 11) This later resurrection will be to life on earth, which the vast majority of those brought back to life will enjoy.-Psalm 37: 29.
This is massively increasing the power the court has over the rest of the government
As it should be.
Don't be an idiot. The case was basically against agencies doing what they wanted without congressional authority.
I think you mean, "makes the courts do thier f-ing jobs" you know seperation of power? And that judicial is the interpreter. Not all 3 in one branch that's unelected. Sounds extremely responsible what your problem?
No😂 no it doesnt 😂😂😂 wow. It takes a lil bit of power from the federal bureaucracies that they never should have had in the first place. This is an all around good thing for the people.
It's shrinking the power of the unelected bureaucracy/ Administrative state.
What this means is that elected officials will have the power to decide the technical elements of a proposed law instead of the expert advisers in that particular field. Never forget there is no qualification requirements, for the most part, to become a politician; it’s the only job that I know where you don’t have to have any skills, training, education. Just one more vote than your opponent…
@@jimseviltwin1 And we know how right the EXPERTS have been the last four years😆😆😆😆Hey, good news... The next covid vaccine will be ready in a month or two.🤣🤣🤣🤣
RICO is a CAT A GORE EEEEEEE! - AOC
@@jimseviltwin1 But the elected officials can call in experts for their opinion at any time, right?
@@tltfaas Sure , they may; imagine MTG, Boebert, Trump consulting with the very same people that they have no respect for their expertise for guidance. Like Boebert’s ex-husband who got a $500k /year consulting job from a oil firm who has a large holding in Boebert’s district…
Expert advisers, lol.
Free the weed !!!!
…enjoy your drinking water while you can.
Like Flint Michigan????? Just askin
How far are they going to go back to overturn stuff? They going to start removing constitutional amendments too?
SMH.. 🤦♂️
They CAN'T remove amendments, but a left leaning court would essentially do that to 2a.
@@emmittmatthews8636 ironically we have had a left leaning court and they didn’t do that, only uphold the status quo from all the crying reps.
@@emmittmatthews8636 but this courts is fine with removing federal “overreaching power” yet they are fine removing women’s bodily autonomy and letting states decide for them. Makes sense if you have brain rot I’m sure.
@@JosePineda-jn8jk Ah..BS
The legal system is about to become power hungry and much too big
Which means that it is up to us to stop electing people form the 2-party system. They are done serving the people
@@SrhLun agreed but please bring somebody to the party that's head isn't a worm poo poo platter
It means we can say goodbye to clean air, water, and soil; and be all but assured that our grandkids will grow up in a climate change dystopia -- the Republican party will make sure of that.
@@GoogleUser-wf7bn is this supposed to be satire?
You can't be serious?
And the Democrats will make sure the Republican party stays viable
Flint, Michigan and Love Canal all happened when your beloved agencies were interpreting law
This country is doomed.
We r doomed because the federal bureaucracy has slightly less power than it did? How is this anything but a good thing?
How not sad the un-elected should have mever overstepped their authority to begin with! Dont like it go home!
This ruling is a disaster for businesses. Instead of a single, consistent, predictable AND PUBLISHED set of regulations, businesses will now be forced to comply with different rules for different states, different counties, even different cities, depending on how the courts in each local jurisdiction have ruled. In addition, there is no requirement for the courts to consider the economic impact of their rulings, nor any requirement that the courts incorporate the advice of experts. Our court system is about to be buried in a mountain of lawsuits that courts do not have the experience to resolve.
It’s a victory for American citizens.
Its a massive disaster for big government democrats you mean. We The People on the other hand win big.
So we don't have authoritarian rule over the whole country by the unelected bureaucracy?
@@emmittmatthews8636 You're not paying attention, emmitt. Your business is now ruled by unelected judges who have no experience with your business practices. Do you feel comfortable being controlled by people who have no idea what they, or you, are doing, but have given themselves control anyway?
@@spocko2181 How are drastically increased regulation and a constipated court system a victory for anyone besides the lawyers?

It's time for the ABC's to enforce law not interpret.
GREAT NEWS
Basically the ruling means the EPA can not simply redefine Air to include your toaster and then start regulating your toaster under the clean air act. WTG SCOTUS!!!
@@lylelaw1238 where is your brain?
So who should regulate toasters if they start causing air quality problems nationwide? Congress? The courts? You think if companies act in ways that hurt people at a large scale, *congress* and the *courts* will react quickly and enact/enforce new laws? Wild.
I swear, if a drug company started mass producing suicide pills for teens, you’d fight to keep the FDA from blocking it because congress didn’t specifically write that situation into law.
@@ShadowfaxSTP None, because fuck regulations and fuck the government. But if one is going to do it it, obviously it would be congress whose job is to legislate.
@ronlivingston7612 at least he has one that works logically, unlike yourself.
Screw the EPA! Its we the people
@@andrewhatton1606 do you not believe the environment should be protected?
@@Jett-King We don't believe in an unelected, 4th branch of government, that's got the powers of all of the other 3 combined.
@@Jett-King the hoax is over
@@andrewhatton1606 what does that mean?
@@Jett-King idk you're so smart figure it out.
Yea, Congress was more than happy to give agencies decision making authority so Congress itself could sit and not have to make any decisions. Now theyll have to get off their duffs and do their jobs. Excellent ruling SC.
Congress doesn't enforce the laws...
Example, clean air act, passed by congress, constitution says President enforces law, so president creates the EPA to enforce clean air act, as is within his authority. Congress has nothing to do with giving agencies decision making authority. Terrible ruling
GOOD JOB!
