Dr. No and Live and Let Die are both top 5 Bond films for me personally. I've always speculated that the Jamaican setting was a big part of that love. Having visited Jamaica 10 years ago, I couldn't agree more with you on the people being so positive and genuinely nice. I love that island and it's people. Thank you for this video David, it was a lot of fun.

Amazing, my late mother told me about this, as she grew up her in her formative years. This is both reminder of her and that I need a well deserved holiday. I think I have found the perfect place to unwind. All inclusive, sun , sand and the sea- an indulgence in nature.
Well, Jamaica is at the top of my list now! Especially as a lifelong Bond fan.

Great inspirational video, I will definitely add Jamaica to my list of places to visit after all the travel restrictions are lifted. I find the Couples Sans Souci Hotel even more interesting and beautiful than Goldeneye. I was always aware that Jamaica is a nice island but was not aware how beautiful it really is and what an incredible nature the island offers before watching your videos

Great video as always... I was fortunate to go to Jamaica when I was 14 and walk the Dr No pier and do the hike up Dunn’s River Falls. Watching these great Jamaican videos a year later, fantasic stuff. Thank you for bringing all these locations to us. My wife & I are planning a trip to Jamaica this summer and was wondering if you have any advice/tips on how we might be able to see a few of these locations ourselves? Guessing Laughing Waters and Ian's house would be hard to see since it's private property. But any tips you have would be appreciated. Thank you! Keep up the great work.

Last year I had my first proper Jamaican blue mountain coffee at Dunns river falls ..the best coffee in the world ..You have to be careful and concentrate when you climb it as it is easy to slip . One thing I noticed about Jamaicans ...they love to talk to foreigners .

Absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much David for this amazing experience. This was very inspirational and I want to go there for my wedding anniversary now. It might not be this year but most likely next and you have given me so many possibilities of where to go and what to see when I get there. The people, the culture, the food, it all looks magnificent! There was another bond film made there too, in Casino Royal, Jamaica double for Madagascar. Do see any of those sites?

Hello guys arlington here, i just took a paid expense trip from mi6 to sacremento, saw old town and the white house and the tower bridge, It sucks that i missed the stream, i liked asking questions, but has joe or anyone else went there, and what do you think also visited the sacremento university that tom hanks bond admirer went to as well a ryan coogler who is also a bond admirer went to as well, Also if i watched this in my hotel room i would be drinking beer with you guys, but why is all the beer taste the same, i couldnt drink it all, so i threw some away, but anyways its good to go on a trip now and again. I put a hair on a closet door in my room lol, no i didnt but i wish i did. I read lose, win die james book on the train to the way there so that is cool as well as other books like vodoo ltd and the perfect storm. Oh man, this was so amazing! I do have one complaint though: this video was way too short, it's impossible to do justice to the locations, the stories and sights in such a short amount of time. Therefore I hope to see an extended cut or maybe a proper 20 hour "mini"-series in the future??

Great video on vintage Bond! Thank God the mask mania is over, discounted and disproved. Bond writers touch on amazingly current topics in the series, especially interesting is the bio warfare in some films.

Great great video! I live in Puerto Rico and can speak on the fact that wearing "Bond clothing" is not ideal at all for our caribbean weather. I can see you were having a bit of troube with it too during your stay. I can see you still had a blast tho !

As a pro you know that sound is one of the hardest things to get right. Many a take have been ruined by some audible glitch Dave, I wouldn’t beat yourself up too much on it but take it as a learning experience.
@@pczTV it’s not hard at all. Keep the mic a reasonable distance and if needed use a windshield. Simples
