I like this twist, it’s still different than a regular manhunt but doesn’t give the speed runner a crazy advantage and makes them need the same wit and cleverness as the normal manhunts. It’s not more OP loot stuff that’s getting old. It’s different and better and more challenging.
Its more challenging for both sides... Its like a manhunt that requires just a bit more skill and cleverness
Yeah like they still have to grind instead of just using the twist to get full diamond or whatever
They also bolth have to grind for blocks to briging
Props to Kier for being a good loser when the runner died but killed the dragon, unlike Dream’s first 1v4 manhunt.
or dream's second manhunt against george, where he died before entering the portal so george tried to claim the win.
But Yellow died after killing the dragon, dream died before the dragon on that manhunt
Dream died before killing the dragon.
Well remember that one where dream bowed the dragon just before getting killed? That would be a much better example than this, since dream died before the dragon died.

I haven't laughed this much over a manhunt video in a long while! Yello vs Kier was surprisingly awesome chemistry. You guys play well off of each other. I love the 1v1 manhunts. 1v2 might work as well. Maybe a Yello vs Kier and Sillver???

It isn't actually a mod, it is a custom world type you can create during the set-up of a new world
@@wonghy1115 pretty sure you need something like a datapack for it tho because i don't think it's there in normal minecraft. Could be wrong tho, i'm not 100% sure

Yellow, even though I find your videos a bit iffy sometimes, I just keep coming BACK. I appreciate how you actually read and interact with the comments, and you’re like the only “big” channel that it feels like I have a voice in. Most “big” channels hardly ever interact with their fan base, and for those channels it seems like each subscriber is just another pawn to make money and to boost the creator’s ego. But not in your case. Thanks for treating us like actual humans lol. I remember two months ago you weren’t sure about the 30K milestone, but you’ve surpassed it quite quickly. Maybe I’m wrong, but I think this channel is something special in the making. I do believe that you can “make it”. Be humble and diligent, and keep on learning about how to become a better UA-camr. I hope you won’t burn out too quickly with the grind, and if you ever need to take a break, I’ll support your decision. (Btw, I’m not a stan, there’s still parts of Yellow’s channel that I don’t really like, I’m just happy that he hit his milestone)

@@DeathStrkeIsme What I meant was sometimes Yellow oversaturates manhunts and death swaps. I know that’s what he primarily does, but these videos are 40+ minutes long. Sometimes I think, “Why would I watch something with a slight twist which is essentially the same plotline every single time?”. I really like Yellow’s charisma and personality, but those videos sometimes aren’t worth to watch. I think the reason why Dream’s manhunt series was so successful because those videos were spaced further apart and Dream and the hunters grew their skills throughout the series. Each video had the same concept, but there were tricks and “card up my sleeve” innovations that made each video a worthwhile experience. They prepared for each video, and something new is always so interesting to watch. For Yellow’s case, perhaps the new video includes a new ability or way to get OP items. However in my opinion, they get kinda dull after a while. It’s like reading a book series and every book is just the main character going on a quest and defeating a villain. Maybe the villain is a different person each time, but the objective is the same. It would get kinda repetitive after a while, right? What makes a book series successful, and it can relate to Yellow’s videos, is obviously having similar characters but perhaps new challenges, frontiers and strategies. What if Yellow didn’t confine himself to just manhunts and deathswaps? I don’t know what that would be as coming up with new ideas is incredibly hard. If Yellow likes what he does, I shouldn’t be trying to force him to do something completely different.

Actually nether whales is a pretty good idea. Like imagine if inside the huge lava lakes there was sometimes this huge monster (whale shaped or not) that would come up only rarely and could maybe eat all the striders on the erea? It would be so scary, id love that

Manhunt Idea: Minecraft manhunt but there are portable nether portals. By making a crafted item and dropping it in a lit portal the portal is consumed and made portable allowing for sick escapes as well as fun transportation throughout the playthrough.

Okay the pillagers gave me an idea. A team Speedrun with you, kier, dev and boosfer or something on a team but after 1 minute of freedom you will have like 20 or so pillagers on you with constant aggro

30:00 The reason mobs were dying is because of the mob cap, there were no caves, like you said, so less space for mobs to go, only so many mobs can be in a few chunks so the game starts to kill them
I'm pretty sure snow balls can damage the ender dragon, so have snow/snow golems in the end is probably better for the speedrunner

40:52 even if this isn't how the rules say it, the way I think of it is the hunter(s) aim to keep the dragon alive, the runner is an imminent threat with one life they need to take care of
If the dragon dies at all, the hunters lose, even if the runner dies too
There is also chicken jockey where a baby zombie goes on a chicken so there is not only just spider jockey.

Im back from getting my pie and the premier was over :( anyways a manhunt idea my smol brain came up with was Minecraft man hunt but the hunters get a jump scare randomly every 2-5 minutes(so no pattern so they can't prep themselves for one) and just dont tell them about the twist lol
