- hello everyone one, welcome to my channel. in this video I made Crunching Akara chips . Akara chips is made with Bean and cassava flour.
INGREDIENTS:
BEANS
CASSAVA FLOUR
DRY PEPPER OR FRESH PEPPER
ONION
SALT
MAGGIE CUBE
GINGER POWDER

Foufou is made with cassava so i don't think is that of amala because you can not use cassava to make amala flour

It's depends on where you live. You can get it in pastry thing store or online eg Amazon or in the market where they sell cake decorating things

If you don't add cassava flour to your Akara chips, it will not be Crunching its will simply be the normal Akara

Hello winniefred, no cassava flour is not all purpose flour, just go to the market or Africa shop, tell then you want cassava flour, they will give it to you.

Cassava flour is not Elubo but fufu powder is cassava flour but you have to be very sure that is made with 100 percent cassava. Like the one i used in the video, they wrote fufu on it and under it, they wrote 100 percent cassava.

Elubo flour is made with green plantain so they are not the same because cassava flour is made from cassava . Thanks

As i said in my video, i saw somebody using rubber fitter, she will put the dough inside the fitter, and begin to use her hands to fitter it and the thing will be coming out of the fitter into the groundnut oil, try it out and see if you want.

The machine is call extruder, for where you can get it from, it's depends on where you live, you can get it online in AMAZON, ALIEXPRESS

No you can't but if you want you can try it out and see how it comes out.

Yes of course, just mix it with water as if you are making the normal Akara then add your cassava flour
