- On Saturday 25th July these two magnificent looking locos did the triangle: Melbourne - Ballarat - Geelong - Melbourne. Thankfully they had some pauses to cross V/line trains, which made it a little easier to chase and get into spots. Once again, all credit to Steamrail and the heritage crews.
I like that blue livery. 👍 That’s some serious Australian Steam!
Absolutely stunning! What a magnificent production! Will take some of the family on one of these trips .
Used to go on the Puffing Billy on our holidays when I was a child.
R 711. Good to see it back in action
So is the R .

Yo Symphony, think your title is wrong… its R711 not R761.
Great vids, though! Keep it up!
Yeah, thanks for that, I shouldn't edit at 1am after a long day's filming!! :)
@@symphonyofsteam The clips turned out awesome, though, so not a big loss.
Besides, you got the right class, at least. I’d be worried if you called it something other than an R class, like maybe the A2 since its about the same size compared to the K class.
Looking forward to the next trip’s vids if you’re able to chase it.
So the K class are saturated .
