🛒Ingredients:
600 grams of potatoes
2 eggs
1 onion
100 grams of ham
Spring onions
1 tablespoon starch
70 ml water
200 grams of wheat flour
Salt
pepper
700 ml olive oil (any vegetable oil for deep-frying)

200 grams of yogurt
2 teaspoons mustard
Sweet paprika powder (powder)
Dry garlic (powder)

Gosh them Potato appetisers look lovely & golden delicious 😊 Watching you prepare & cook made me wish i was there in your kitchen & indulging & tasting them until I couldn't eat anymore 🙂 I like the stylish cool knife you use ! Its quality 👍 I haven't yet cooked any of your beautiful recipes to date because im in the process of moving house & have packed near all of everything i own ready for moving ! When im settled in new house il be definitely turning to your meals menu & pick a special recipe to cook in my new home 😄 I'm still in Bundaberg Australia 🇦🇺🍹 & will be only 6km away from this current address 🏡 i have a question for you if i may ! When did you start learning to cook ??? And did you have someone special teaching you ??? Or did you just start cooking & found you loved doing it ??? Now days we can google any recipe we can think of & there is thousands of Yuummo foods to cook & try ! il try any recipe if i like it 🍝 one day i want to travel through Italy for 2 or 3 months & see everything i can there ! & learn some of the very old recipes from years gone by ! I've been cooking since I was quite young. My family always enjoyed homemade meals, so I naturally picked up an interest early on. To be honest, no one taught me, but I started and I liked it (comfortable and calm)🥰
