My favorite is the Orange Daiquiri No. 2, it’s 2 oz Clement creole shrubb, 1/2 oz lime, and 2 dashes of Regan’s bitters.
Clement products hard to come by here, but that sounds awesome !!
Great flight of daiquiris!!! All so delicious. Not sure I have a favourite but the nuclear daiquiri comes to mind. Maybe because of the fallout series.
What rum do you use for the nuclear? I think the recipe calls for Wray n Nephew… I’ve made it once long ago … I’ll have to try it again

I would have to say my go to ginger bev would be the Suffering Bastard.

I have to give the Daiquiri Noir a try as I'm finally getting Drambuie for the first time.
Definitely give it a try! It’s wonderful!
The standard ratio of 2:1:1 has too much lime for me.I do 2 ounces rum, 0.5 ounce lime juice, and 0.5 ounce simple syrup.
I like heavy lime but I do cut back the sugar to 1/2 oz
