I think one of the biggest things about tracks (hardened or bigger) is how they can protect any parts/equipment mounted through a gap in the frame between the tracks. Hardened track, 4x6 frame, fuel tank, 4x6, hardened track. That's a tough fuel tank to get at.
Just when you start to think you know everything about the game, Mr. G uploads something like this and makes you totally rethink what you've been doing...😎👍
Love to see the "how and why" vids!....most things i found out by playing but sometimes its nice to see something i didnt know!...thanks for sharing mrG and opelkadett
Mr G... just wanna say thank you for your content. I'm trying to get a decent build going. I have a lot of progress to make as I'm lacking a lot of parts. But my builds have definitely improved thanks to your videos - they're helping me! Cheers 👊🏼❤️
Hey G, love your channel. Maybe after this series you could do another giving tips on battle strategy? Maybe a focus on working with your team and some battle etiquette?
1. Omni-wheels are not really wheels. They don't count for any other part that says it requires wheels. 2. Connecting a wheel to two parts on the frame is less important than the combined hitpoints of all parts touching the wheel (or just having more spare wheels connected to other frame parts). Someone fires a big cannonshot at that wheel? It's gone (and both frame parts, because the explosion impacted them all). But if you had attached it to an 8x4...you might still have your wheel. 3. An important part with wheels is size. You might want smaller wheels up front but bigger in the back. It can be used to get your wedge closer to the ground and to fine tune how good angle you have on your guns against forward targets (armored up cannons by two blocks and find that you can't hit things except at long range? Large wheels in the back and mediums further forward and get a few degrees more gundepression).
i completely disagree with the steering in the back only because most of my builds are speed based, theres no curve to learning how to drift effectively with steering in the rear when youre used to torque steering with fixed wheels, other than that go ahead, but if youre a racing nut id suggest against it.
It's really preference tbh...to me it seems like the rear steer wings me about Abit to much g..alot of my builds rely on cqb or even melee....don't get me wrong the extra turn rate is nice but hardly noticable (except when you oversteer a ram or melee attack). The rear steer coupled w/ 1 or 2 sets front mounts tend to "drift" more and to me @ least seem to control a little more predictable and hardly ever have issue w/ understeer..two sets of front do seem to have a break lock up feature though, tbh it seems a hard break kinda hydroplanes your ride and lock up into a straight slide a little..I guess it's preference though like the original poster pointed out..a race I would recommend this.(4 or more on a side I revert back to rear control or even all steer)
I currently have a build that the frames are pretty bad becouse I have suff on the bottom of my vehicle, it's tires are held together by 2 '1 by 4' frames I'm still experimenting with it but yea.
I created a mass machine of destruction It RIP of its prays defense, and it attached weaponry It's fast and nimble Strong and tanky as a tank An it eats it pray wheels for breakfast And its name The cool box 📦
Max Weight: You can't have more weight than this. Limited by frame and engine. It's a hard cap. Tonnage: If you have more weight than this, the number will be yellow and your car will handle like a dump truck. If the number goes even higher it turns red, and your car will handle like a three-legged pregnant yak.
This series is great! Even though I've been playing for a few years now, this is perfect for new players.
The "redundant frame" tip just gave me a revelation. Thank you so much.

I've been getting back into crossout for about a week now. Great timing!
Great series even for long time casuals like me!

Amazing series! Really loving the build tutorials! 💜
GOOOOOOOD MOOOOOOOORNING MR.G!
Hey I just started out on console and I wanted to say this video really helped me out and thank you for your videos
Thought Id mention Large or Bigfoot wheels in back, small in front for the perfect rake for a ramp truck or incinerator builds
Or joes wheelchair
Nova build looked really cool
i love your videos these series do help alot!
You uploaded this on my birthday!
Happy birthd-oh this was posted
Months ago
Still trying to find out what wheels are great for joes wheelchair
lol, the turning circle was the same tho, for only front steering and back+front steering.
I never had problems with wheels the problem i have are all the wedges in the game that can flip a 13000 tonnage build with ease
Learn to build..
@@KingvGio sure m8
@@sharksquid4415 I can't get wedge from other rush builds in cw from my side nor my back 😶
@@sharksquid4415 My team get placed top 10-30 every week..
Is obviously you don't experience enough to build.. just like Mr.G say😒
@@KingvGio cool story bro

When talking about -5 km/h don't forget you can put Ghost in the cabin to offset with his +5 km/h bonus.
I did not mean to dislike this video!
I've been playing for years, but setting up frames for the new build is still a nightmare
i feel you. My 20,000kg build uses a single lightweight 8x4 to hold everything together.
How do I rank up/ get new parts I'm only lvl 3 rn ? Plz help
So I notice a lot of these videos talk about things like fuel , and 10 % energy use that I don't see on mobile version.
Me in PvP: I'M KING, I'M GANG, I'M RIDING ON A TANK
Me in PvE: Spikie wheels spikie car and lazers
Does "pass through" mean that the shot would hit the part beyond the wheel?
Pffft... Aesthetics are everything.

Fair nuff
I use to set up like this aswell...once u go 4 front steer, 2 no steer rear..u don't go back...
Really?

What does it mean by "-10%" power on the bigfoot for example? Like you are doing 10% less damage?
Slower acceleration
@@MrGPlays oh okay, so if I install 6 big foots, then I'm doing -60 acceleration
Hi. Just wanted to let you know that the background music is too loud. Have a good one
eyyyyy i had those exact headphones
I created a mass machine of destruction
It RIP of its prays defense, and it attached weaponry
It's fast and nimble
Strong and tanky as a tank
An it eats it pray wheels for breakfast

Why won't my armored tracks turn? I'm using wheels on one side but that be why.
What is "tonnage" and how does it work?

Tonnage: If you have more weight than this, the number will be yellow and your car will handle like a dump truck. If the number goes even higher it turns red, and your car will handle like a three-legged pregnant yak.
Are all of these parts played for or paid for?
Just My opinion but that music kinda loud
horidrakes were fun
nice tutorial make a one for playeers >15000
Hey G! can you play War Thunder?, its a fun game im playing it right now!
