- A real comfort food that you can't miss.😉 Today's recipe was one of my grandmother's workhorses. When I was little she always made me sardinian potato soup with a nice sprinkling of grated pecorino on top of her. A unique traditional dish, light but at the same time substantial, healthy, creamy and easy to prepare. Ideal to eat on these cold and rainy winter days. Makes a good mood 😍 !!! INGREDIENTS:
- 850 gr of potatoes weighed with the peel (about 3 large)
- 4 - 5 cherry tomatoes
- 1 chopped white onion
- 1 small carola
- 2 small celery ribs
- parsley, extra virgin olive oil and salt to taste
- 1 and a half liters of water
- 70 - 100 gr of pasta for soup (type "corallini")
- pecorino cheese to be grated
♨ COOKING:
- about 15 - 20 minutes, medium-low heat

✔️ prezzemolo, olio evo e sale q.b.
✔️ 1 litro e mezzo d'acqua
✔️ 70-100 gr di pastina da minestra (tipo "corallini")

♨ COTTURA:
