We bought some land in Samal getting plans drawn and contacting builders, is this a good move in your opinion as that ill be retired.

On my opinion Samal is a great Island that is rich in culture. It is a soon to be developed island but I think in few years it will became conjested and traffic. I observed many foreign choose to retire at this place. Honestly Im not sure If I like it comparing to other Island I went. Basically Samal is not for me.
