+EpicFilm I watched them, and they are great for a beginner :D Two things: make your scenes brighter by adding some lights, and before animating act out every motion in real life, you may look ridiculous while doing so but it really helps understanding different motions ;)

Well, stand up, get a bigger book/ruler in your hands and start moving around :D pay attention to your hips, arms, how your upper body rotates etc.
