yes, its still good, on low levels you can find RB parties, later AoE parties and most important is we are getting update somewhere in next 1-2 months, which should raise population
its used mostly vs tankier classes, for which you need higher mana pool to be able to use more damage skills (for example vs tanks/warlords/OL), you try not to get much damage yourself and after using few skills (the extra mp from robe), you switch back to heavy to be tanky. you usually dont lose match because someone bursts you (cp heal, battle roar, revival), but because you have run out of mp and enemy can freely kill you. also doom robe is the best out of robes because it gives +7 speed, so its easier to catch enemy if he is trying to kite you
