    Just saying, you might want to save 1 whole cabbage leaf & push shredded cabbage down, then put you weight on it. Just sharing...😊

    Oh Lordy Day, this was the best explained video I’ve seen over sauerkraut. I’ve been canning for years and my husband and my daddy loves sauerkraut so I’m about to harvest my cabbage and make them some. I’ve wanted to start fermenting and this is the perfect starting place!
