I like the vibrance of the cashier at the coffee shop. I bet she's an Igorot. You can really see the difference when dealing with igorots for services. Igorots are very polite and will assist you until the end. She even stay to tell you the names of those foods. Credit to her. Unlike from some hotel resto you've been where they just left the foods and bye. Not even a say thank you or enjoy. Will subscribe now. ❤️
I really miss my birthplace Baguio City. Our house was actually walking distance from Burnham Park. I see now that it's over developed and over populated. But its vibe seem to remain calm and cool. Thanks for the vlog Marshall. You do an awesome job showing your viewers the place. 🤙🏼
The reason why some of the locals don't know where Foam Coffee shop is because that coffee shop actually was just recently opened. That coffee shop just opened last year
Lucky ng mga taga Baguio. Cold weather. Cheap vegetables. Affordable food. Especially for those who has their house and lot paid at early days. Beautiful tourist attractions. Lots of restaurants. They maintained the beauty of it throughout the years. Good job to their LGU!
True! Unfortunately, it is starting to get too crowded. Even the LGU says another Baguio should be developed. If you look at the Mines View Park, you can no longer see the mines/mountains but a bunch of houses already. There would be a future that you'll go there just for the weather and not the scenery anymore.
So nice to see all the activity in the park with the peddle vehicles and boats. I would have chose the leche flan or strawberry cheese donut, all looked delicious. Thanks for the nice vlog!! Stay safe on your travels.
It's great to see you up and about. You remind me of my former expat neighbor. Maybe it's your accent. I hope more tourist were like you. Humble and respectful. Subscribed to you channel. Mabuhay! ka Marshall.
i would surely Love to have a morning walk in Burnham park, same here i would Gladly choose the Dark Chocolate truffle, Cant wait for more of your adventures there in Baguio, Stay Safe
Wow that's Baguio now? Really amazing. We hope we can visit there too. Wow congrats to your channel too. Hope we can have the number of subscribers in the future too. Hehe
I think those lovely donuts would best be paired with black coffee. I'd probably get the strawberry cheese or the chocolate truffle. I wish someone would bribe me with 🍩
Baguio City from hall to Burnham to Melvin Jones is actually design by Daniel Burnham, American modern architecture of the 19th century. If you view it up through the virtual google map. Its design is similar to Washington, DC. That's why it's called little Washington of Baguio. Its purpose is also for the Americans not to get home sick. Though it's very Americanized there's also the Igorot Park you can visit infront of Hotel Veniz. Symbol of the bravest Igorot heroes who fought in WWII and Spanish era. Enjoy your stay.
Welcome back to Baguio City!! Nice to see u again .Enjoy your stay and have a wonderful time. There will be a big festival coming this March we call it Pinagbenga festival starting maybe March 6 which will be the start of spring in Baguio . Hope you'll be watching the festival soon and include it in your vlogs.Have a nice day😀😃😄😄
Very nice. Yum. I'm surprised no strawberry 🍓 🍩 donuts since Baguio is known for it's strawberries. Also Marshal for sure Baguio is great to visit when it gets very hot in Manila.
I had the same choice as yours though I think the leche flan doughnut would also be great especially with coffee. I would have to try them myself to really know which one I'd prefer. Maybe if I get the chance to travel to Baguio, I'd vlog about this as well.
That was a fun excursion! If I only got to spend every day of a vacation in Burnham Park, I'd be happy! I would love to try the Minnie head paddle boat that was in the beginning at the lake entrance.. I can't even imagine such a beautiful and peaceful place here.. Look at all those beautiful cut flowers for sale! I think I'd also have chosen the chocolate donut, although the leche flan donut would have been a close second.:)
Before I fly home to Dumaguete, im definitely going to Baguio and visit my old school and where I lived inside PMA and check out all those nice eating places you went to.
The dark chocolate truffle donut definitely the pick for me too! Not good for the blood pressure either but you have to treat yourself every now and then... Great vlog Marshall!
It was nicer when I remembered it. We had a funny experience at the Burnham Park lagoon when it rained briefly, and we were stuck in the middle of the lagoon. Good thing the boats have roofs. Bahaha!
You just ordered my favorite dish. I love that so much with the sauce and a cauldron pot to make it warm. I add kimchi to that though and sauce. You mix everything in with the rice. Cheers once again, amazing as always
Nice to see Burnham Park, I'm just wondering if the water in the boating area is clean, it just sit there and doesn't go anywhere. Bibimbap, yay! A favorite! And all those donuts are really yummy! 😁 Enjoy!
Yes.. You do fine with your voice coming through. No problem 👍 My friend goes to the park several times a week and does Zumba.. Then goes to a market or does a chore while out. Looks as if they have some nice Willow Trees there. Maybe just look like willow trees but another type. Anyway, watched some ads here for ya.. Have fun!
I usually make my own Bibimbap very easy ,and nutritious too!. The Cholate doughnot looks tasty ,and the Leche flan better plain without doughnot hehehe...
So how far away was the coffee shop from where you exited the park? You did say City Hall was across the street from the coffee shop, and City Hall was on the other side from where you first viewed the lake.
If you're still here in Baguio by Sunday, check out Session Road. Usually it's close and locals are selling food and stuff, some musicians playing, and then there's the chalk art.

Yes, she was fantastic.
Baguio is my favorite city in the Philippines. Not only because I'm an Igorot but also because I just love the smell of the Pine trees.
i like this vlogger. unlike other foreigners they only vlog about Visaya. No filipino really visit visaya but the visaya.
blueberry bubblegum looks interesting!
I love Baguio during the rainy season. Cold, foggy with British weather feel.
I really miss my birthplace Baguio City. Our house was actually walking distance from Burnham Park.

Jogging/ walking around the lake in the morning is perfect exercise. Then cap it with a breakfast at one of the cafes in the area.
I think those lovely donuts would best be paired with black coffee. I'd probably get the strawberry cheese or the chocolate truffle.
I wish someone would bribe me with 🍩
Nice to see you're enjoying yourself in Baguio! More laid back and just relaxing and exploring.
I'm huge Bibimbap consumer myself. Now thank you for telling me where to go next when I visit Baguio 👍

Very nice. Yum. I'm surprised no strawberry 🍓 🍩 donuts since Baguio is known for it's strawberries. Also Marshal for sure Baguio is great to visit when it gets very hot in Manila.
They do have them, just not at the cafe on that day, I think.
I had the same choice as yours though I think the leche flan doughnut would also be great especially with coffee. I would have to try them myself to really know which one I'd prefer. Maybe if I get the chance to travel to Baguio, I'd vlog about this as well.

Yes, I could've made a blind selection and not have been disappointed with the result.
indeed a beautiful place. love to go back there
I would have gone for the peach donut
Yummy donut and breakfast. Looked real nice.
I would have tried the creme brulee donut. I wonder if all the donuts have custard filling inside. Hehe back to the park to walk off the calories.
Some have jam.
Try cafe in the sky in Mt Cabuyao Sto Tomas.
I would have chosen leche plan doughnut... Amazing video with so much info as usual. keep on ....
Before I fly home to Dumaguete, im definitely going to Baguio and visit my old school and where I lived inside PMA and check out all those nice eating places you went to.

There was Kimchi in it.
@@marshallbuttersvlogs6880 I mean I order extra to put on it. It's delicious. I can't wait to try it again
Nice to see Burnham Park, I'm just wondering if the water in the boating area is clean, it just sit there and doesn't go anywhere. Bibimbap, yay! A favorite! And all those donuts are really yummy! 😁 Enjoy!
There are drainage, not sure how often they replace the water. As long as there fish in there I could say the water is clean.
@@eagleofthenorthmacroexcell6843 good to know then, thanks!
Staysafe and healthy, always take care and you are very welcome here in Baguio City❤️💙🤎🧡💚💜🙋🌄
I choose the Leche plan donut😏🎂
Thank you! 😃

yes it is a weeping willow or bottle brush flowering tree as we call it. It is a landmark of the Burnham Lake.
Isn't the Bottle Brush tree an Australian Native tree that has flowers that look like a brush?
@@marshallbuttersvlogs6880 you may be right.. Looks nice anyway 👍
Try Hatch Coffee as well and Hot Cat specialty coffee
We can't wait to go back to PH. We really like your vlogs, there's so much to discover in Baguio. We leave it to you Marshall.
I usually make my own Bibimbap very easy ,and nutritious too!. The Cholate doughnot looks tasty ,and the Leche flan better plain without doughnot hehehe...

Much you condsider staying there seems you like it there
Stay safe! Take care Sir Marshall!! As always your vlog has giving us a positive vibes!👍🙏🇵🇭🌲
Leche Flan and dark chocolate truffles... But if the Lemon meringue option is there then it would be the ultimate choice...
I do not know why they locked that gate towards city hall. The smaller gate was opened all year round before.
I'm looking for the chess playing area across the park but it's not captured. I lost twice to the hustlers in the 3-moves-to-mate racket there. 🤣😁
The area looks lovely and the donuts did too. 😍🍩
So how far away was the coffee shop from where you exited the park? You did say City Hall was across the street from the coffee shop, and City Hall was on the other side from where you first viewed the lake.
Not far, 200 metres.
Baguio suits you well, Marshall....
You should consider relocating there in the future.....
Would love to taste the leche flan donut!
Love it! Hope to visit Baguio soon.
Dark chocolate donut and crème brulee
If you're still here in Baguio by Sunday, check out Session Road. Usually it's close and locals are selling food and stuff, some musicians playing, and then there's the chalk art.

The Aussie Bourdain in action! As always mate, you deliver
Thank you muchlyl!!
Awesome
Those are really good Donuts! I miss that cafe. One of my go-to places in Baguio.
Beautiful morning walk. Would you live in Baguio than in Manila Marshall? Seems to be a nice place to live and lot of points to visit. 😐
