The problem is the NSA is you have people who don’t know what their doing that are working their. This what happens when you put unqualified and incompetent people in charge of things. Their are more qualified people who are sitting at home or selling food on the side of the road that could properly manage these stadiums but because of corruption of the hiring process these people are at home and government positions is being fill up with protocols people
