Lisbon was so smart to keep their old trams running trought the tight central parts of the city, specially connecting the old neghbourhoods, and use the new modern trams only in the lines outside city center, where the avenues allowed for bigger trams to run. Congratulations from a Serbian living in Lisbon, great video! PS: Just as curiosity, at 39:38 you came to the end of the line, the last station, and like a 100 meters further there was a place known as the biggest drugs supermarket in Europe, Casal Ventoso (Now it went trough a municipality intervention, but untill recently, and even today, you can see drug deals going on there, and until mid 2000s was a real open air drugs supermarket, one of biggest ever seen). The irony is that the last station is known as "Prazeres" because of the graveyard located just next to that last station known as "Cementerio dos Prazeres". "Prazeres" lieraally means "Pleasures", so you can imagine the fun drug addicts made of the situation, they would wake-up, pickpocket some tourists in the 28 tram line, and follow straight till the last station, the station of the pleasures LOOOOL. That was the curse of Lisbon families, because not many living near thee 28 line escaped the faith of having at least one of their members choosing that way of life.
Hi there, good to ride with you around the lovely Lisbon, we film gopro walk through soulful cities too, so it's great to see someone else's eye view of one of our favourite places. We really enjoyed your nicely filmed video and liked the pace and natural sounds. Thanks for sharing it, we've subscribed.
I love videos about city tours, markets and street food. Lisbon, where I was recently and also made some videos, is a fantastic city with lots of points of interest in your neighborhood. Loved your video
Same here. Why don't you share your video's with us. Regards
Thank you for posting this delightful video! I almost felt as if I were actually there. I was most surprised by the number of people I saw who were taking photographs, particularly in places I would not have thought were especially "tourist oriented." What a fascinating ride.
(I would love to see the same route, again, and from the same vantage point, but in a different season - like summer or at the height of spring!)
thanks to your video i can ride lisbon tram in my home in japan at any time
Very nice video. Thanks.
Bellissimo. Da provare come ho fatto io
What if a building owner doesn't want an overhead cable support wire attached to his building?
nice!
Fomos à Lisboa várias vezes e adoravámos a cidade.
Highly recomended, just make sure you hold your walket seccure
Depressing to note all the graffiti, particularly on vehicles.
Same here in Los Angeles.. All that need be done is license the sale of spray paint.. Pay one time $20 fee at a DMV. Get a card to show at paint stores.. Must be 18. It will greatly cut down this blight. No one listens to me...M. L.A. Ca.

There is no bus transport in this country Portugal, only Trams available?
Obviously there is. Dumb question...
As a portuguese I can confirm, I don't even know what a bus is, only trams here, where there are no trams we just use diesal powered horses with multiple seats.
1:30 advertisement in Chinese?
And plenty in English! Why not? There is a huge chinese community living in Lisbon as well as from India or all of Africa! since the Portuguese have been mixing around!
Hey die Leute haben echt Lust
I wanna meet hot Brazilians for language classes, singing, drinking and samba dancing.
I'm advertising you that European Portuguese is very different from Brazilian Portuguese and actually difficult to learn for English speakers!
Das ist Rücksicht
Maybe I didn’t watch enough of this but it seemed to be an ugly city based on all the parked cars and graffiti tags everywhere. The trees were just stumps. Nothing green. San Francisco is like this in parts but usually nicer.
