Hello, Casey :) I’m slowly, but surely making my way back through your videos! I must admit that I’m not TOO excited for Until Dawn Remastered, mostly because I don’t want to get my hopes up too much. Just looking at the trailer, it clearly seems to be a Remaster and not a Remake, so the possibilities of adding something significant are quite low, imho. And yes, I saw the leaks, but I imagine that new scenes won’t be as long and complex as we hope for, considering they have limited resources to work with :-/ Maybe some cut content can make it into the game, at least? Either way, I rather keep my expectations low so I can be positively surprised ;) When it comes to visual changes (like the Psycho mask or the look of the characters), I’m more hopeful, but I think it will be hard to implement a change that the community will like more than the original XD Lastly, I totally expect that the release date to be sometime in August, since that’s the month where Until Dawn originally came out. Now that I think about it, I would be shocked if it _weren’t_ August, haha. Let’s hope for the best :)
Heyyyyy, I'm happy for it. Like you said about waiting and see what it's like. Even if it's a remaster with only a scene or two of whatever I'll surely get it. It is a little weird to me that they didn’t give this to supermassive games so I am a little hesitant but you know what the trailer looks incredible. Looking forward to the extra content. Hate that we won’t get the original O’death. I still have the song on my phone. Can’t wait to get my hands on the game.
It is yeah but the devs are former members of SMG so it might be a good thing that they are on board with this. The song not being in it does suck but let's see what it will be like.
@@CaseysRepository yeah I love Mike, he really turns into the most badass character the moment Jessica gets grabbed. I also hate Emily. My favorite is Josh.
I wonder if co op will exist who knows. For me remakes I don't like. But from I'm hearing since state of play, there will be some new things story wise idk. We shall see I'm still pumped for it to be honest.
I do have to say I don't really like the mask on the psycho it does look a little goofy, and the characters do look a little strange, but lets hope all that will be fixed when the game comes out. I'm curious what content they'll add. Is it cut content or original content.
Agreed. I will admit it did spook me a bit when I was looking at the state of play. It just popped up. I think both. But I heard something. And it's gonna be new. If it's true then a big game changer.

The 2 things I want from this Remake is a couch co op mode and stick true to the original
