I'd like to see a pack with Peli Motto and some of her droids. Treadwell, Her BD droid, and pit droid. Maybe with some tools as well. Make a good companion set for the N1. Possibly with R5-D4

QFNW: What did you think of the Pretorian guards that killed Paz in Mando? They looked a lot like the ones in the sequel trilogy when Snoke gets killed. My stomach started to churn a little. Disney definitely want to solidify that bridge between the sequel and original trilogies. Cheers buddy!
I thought of Tim when Velken was announced, he's quite the influence... To your other point: I'm no supporter of TLJ (hot trash) but actually enjoyed seeing the guards in Mando as mercenaries/skilled fighters - mostly appreciated the differences from the sequel nonsense. More Greek influence in the helmet design versus Japanese? in sequels + more practical helmets than just completely covered faces (repressing TLJ may have paid off a bit). The weapons they used in Mando seemed more tangible/real by comparison.
I will def back it up if it's the ghost. Rebels turned to be my fav series. I love the characters, stories, villains, everything was really good to me and I've been wanting figures of it. I mean we had the 5 poa figures but it's not the same as vc. Also really enjoying bad batch and would love a marauder, wrecker, tech, echo, omega

I was shocked to see how much the REBELS characters were featured in the Ahsoka trailer - I thought we were going to have to work a lot harder to get them all to make their appearances. Question 1: do you think that means we'll get one or more waves of Ahsoka TVC figures released (or at least pipelined) that include the live action REBELS crew before the end of the year? Also, I know it sounds like the Ghost is the next HasLab, but my question is: how much do you think the ship will feature in the new Ahsoka show? (I personally don't think it's going to be animated REBELS nostalgia that justifies it as the HasLab - I think this means it'll be a serious tie-in to the new show.)
Chopper, Hera, Sabine all shown in the trailer, hence all in line for TVC. Ezra confirmed as cast (Eman Esfandi). I'm guessing Kanan (and maybe Kalus) will be the stretch goal or pack-in with the HasLab 😜
Question for next week: there was some phrasing during the Hasbro panel at celebration that emphasized the word “dreamy” and the phrase “you will be, you will be”. Given those not so subtle hints, what do you think the chances are that the upcoming Haslab isn’t the Ghost (I’d be gutted if it’s not) but is instead a Dagobah playset? I have a vague recollection of that rumor being tossed around last year or so. Thanks for everything you do!

100% ready to back the Ghost, so Filoni better not let it get completely destroyed in Ahsoka and beyond. QFNW, if the Ghost is the next Haslab, is it basically a 100% guarantee that it would include the Phantom, or is there any chance that it could be sold separately?
@@TonyStark-uu9us for sure, it would almost feel like losing a member of the crew. I saw the Crest as more of a tool for Din, where the Ghost feels like a family member to Hera, in a way. I hope we don't lose any members of the Rebels crew, but who knows, got my fingers crossed they all make it to the battle of Exegol though.

The R4-G9 Astromech sculpt (with the retractable middle leg) is by far my favourite. I wish they'd go back to that sculpt for TVC Astromechs. But an all-new one would be nice too. Tho I think we need a new Protocol Droid sculpt MUCH more. The TVC C-3PO is terrible (and we need E-3PO).

Do you you think Hasbro will issue a newly designed AT-TE and Reupublic gunship ( like the new N1 more details and without shoot able missiles) in the future, since we will getting a lot of clone in the future and this is 20 year anniversary of attack of the clone. And I think the newly design one with more details will attract more people to buy than reissue the old model and more acceptable to the higher price. Thanks you

My question is with the recent reveal for the Hayden Christiansen Anakin figure do you think that we will ever get a Sebastian Shaw release? Or do you think we're going to get stuck with the Hayden? It's an interesting thought that Tim has about the potential for a TVC HasLab NOT to get backed. Hasbro have had time to reevaluate since The Crest (and The Barge for that matter). They see what the aftermarket prices are like and quite understandably want some of that action for themselves. TVC has become more popular since the last HasLab, but costs/prices have also jumped up in line with world events. Whatever the TVC HasLab is, I think there's going to be some shock as to the asking price comparative to the previous two.
What ever the price may be, lets just hope the tiers & strech goals arn't rediculous & they offer as many carded figures as they did with the Haslab Skystriker!😉👍
The Artoo you couldn't place is from the Resurgence of the Jedi 4-pack, and it utilized the R4-G9 sculpt. That mold seems to be lost or broken now, so I'd be fine with the B.A.D. sculpt on all future astormechs, since we have so many of them now, and I enjoy the removable parts. The 'Bartoo' mold used for Merrick's droid is a horrendous figure in multiple ways, so hope they never use it again!
Hi Tim hope your on the mend, it seems the celebration was a super spreader event unfortunately. My question for next week is now we have seen Tie Interceptors several times in the recent Star Wars Series do you think we will get a reissue with new paint apps in a Mando or ROTJ box ? I do hope so as my favourite vehicle for my childhood I never got in the 80’s . Love the channel BB keep it up your a proper fella I’d have a beer with and talk Star Wars ! X
In regards to a reissue of Jabba's Barge: I actually asked one of the marketing staff from Hasbro Pulse at Celebration if this could be a thing in the future. Don't know if it was just 'corporate speak' for "not at the moment, please stop asking any further questions" ; ) - but I was told that for legal reasons they're not allowed to sell the Barge (offered at the crowdfunding) ever again. Apparently it was put in a contract that Jabba's Barge may only be available during the Haslab crowdfunding. So I'm afraid a reissue of Jabba's Barge won't be happening anytime soon. If at all. 😢

With the upcoming wave that include the new Endor Han Solo sculpt, do you think a simple repaint will do for a ANH Han Solo or would an entirely new Han sculpt be better? 2. Great vid as always BB! QFNW: IF the next haslab offering is The Ghost, as rumored, it would be extremely likely that figures of the The Ghost Crew would be offered as tiers. If hasbro does include them, do you think that they will make the figures of the characters accurate to the Rebels cartoon or the new media? I personally think it would be a let down for collectors if we got the Ghost with new media versions of the characters (namely Hera, Sabine, and Ezra) because it very well may be the only opportunity hasbro has to do Pheonix Squad from the OT era in TVC form. Thoughts? Keep up the excellent content 👍

Question for next week whats your thoughts on a pack in Salacious crumb figure with a jabba the hut in the same size as the sdcc one but have return instead of revenge of the jedi that gives carded collectors a chance to get him while bot hurting the secondary market to much for those with the sdcc exclusive. Glad you're feeling better Tim. We desperately need a New R2 sculpt. The one they keep sending out has too many flaws, can't turn the head with the sensor scope, can't stand up straight without the sensor scope sticking out, etc. The Ghost is absolutely the worst kept secret right now. Patrick has no poker face whatsoever....I could clean that guy out if we played!

I hope the TVC Haslab is the Ghost, but the content we have been viewing could suggest Bo-Katan's Gauntlet or if Hasbro is willing to risk a Big creature, maybe the Rancor from The Book of Boba Fett or even the Mythosaur of the Mandalorian, that I feel Grogu will ride in the final episode, what do you think?
I think case ratios are currently the worst problem plaguing TVC (which, y'know, probably says something about the excellent health of the line). Lando being 3 to a case was a legendary mistake, and the newest case is definitely a head scratcher with the two all-new and most desirable figures, Piett and the Clone, being 1 to a case and the repack Andor being 2 to a case. QFNW - how do you think they could fix this, other than just.... picking better figures? Do we need a petition to get them to do better? We got them to keep the bubble and give TVC more tooling budget, so community noise definitely helps.
I hope for a cantina 4 pack they go with a Ladies of the Cantina 4 Pack and they can do the Tonikka Sisters, an updated Leesub and maybe the lady Han was chatting to in that deleted scene. What do you think?
Howdy Sir! Your preferred R2 is the 3.75 Black Series version. And one of the few R2’s I have not been able to track down yet (which is how I knew which one he is!). Not a fan of the twist-to-lower 3rd leg gimmick, and I love me a nice built in Sensor/Periscope and body tools, but on looks alone I think that R2 is a quite nice one! The only one I like better is the Agtack of the Clones Arena 2-pack R2 which has never been re-released as far as I know. Black Series (6” scale version) from Hasbro just announced looks promising and leagues above the too tiny current Black Series version (5” scale, LoL). Figuarts is still best overall IMO, Bandai model kit would be tops if it was an actual figure, with Mafex a close 2nd. IMO of course! :-)

There's a ROTJ Monopoly game coming out soon--do you think Hasbro will eventually re-release it with a Retro pack-in figure like they did with the Mando Monopoly game... and if so, can we get a Retro Biker Scout with removable helmet? They can use the same cardback from the Endor Bunker TVC figure and just stick the old Alec Guiness Kenner head on the old Biker Scout body and we'd be in business! Tooling is expensive, so Hasbro must not be making money on vehicles and that's why we only get a very few and it seems like they're reserved for the once in a blue moon Haslab vehicles.
But isn't the 4 pack an exclusive? Why would so much be riding on a 4 pack that I don't think is even available in Canada without paying premium shipping costs along with import fees and a premium U.S.D. price tag? 🙃 This feels like secondary sellers dream 4 pack.

Hello and thankyou for your great videos, why dose Hasbro do limited perorders when it is almost garenteed sales on sit, as they are missing out on sales big time. Wouldent it make sence to have preorders of all the Figures and Ships so they can sell more, I thought they are trying to make money not put custemers of beying them in the furtcher.
I have yet to see an r2 that is the best. Personally, I use the old clone wars animated r2d2. Though animated in style, it has all the bells and whistles from the panels, arms, tools, tow cable , and thrusters. Until we get one with all of that, I'll be passing and continue to use it.

I think saying "never" for reissuing haslabs is not likely. They still spent a lot of money on everything for them and have the moulds just sitting there... it is just a matter of time. I hope you feel better soon, Tim.
@Lamarr Avery hasbro never loses on things... the only things they lose on are the peg warmers, retro and tbs. They back the wrong multiples in cases, as pointed out in this episode.
I hope it's not The Ghost. I've never even seen the Rebels show. I want to be from the original trilogy, specifically, I want it to be a screen-accurate Cantina playset...but I guess I should prepare myself for disappointment once again. At least it's not another misfire like Reva's Lightsaber.
If the next Haslab does end up being the Ghost, then I'm happy for anyone who wants it; but I personally would have no interest in backing it. So, I hope that the people who claim to want it actually do back it.

With it being 40th for ROTJ, hoping some more reissues, like Ewoks Lumat and Logray. perhaps carded versions of the Ewok Scouts and Catapult pack.

It's an interesting thought that Tim has about the potential for a TVC HasLab NOT to get backed. Hasbro have had time to reevaluate since The Crest (and The Barge for that matter). They see what the aftermarket prices are like and quite understandably want some of that action for themselves. TVC has become more popular since the last HasLab, but costs/prices have also jumped up in line with world events. Whatever the TVC HasLab is, I think there's going to be some shock as to the asking price comparative to the previous two.

The Artoo you couldn't place is from the Resurgence of the Jedi 4-pack, and it utilized the R4-G9 sculpt. That mold seems to be lost or broken now, so I'd be fine with the B.A.D. sculpt on all future astormechs, since we have so many of them now, and I enjoy the removable parts. The 'Bartoo' mold used for Merrick's droid is a horrendous figure in multiple ways, so hope they never use it again!

Hi Tim hope your on the mend, it seems the celebration was a super spreader event unfortunately. My question for next week is now we have seen Tie Interceptors several times in the recent Star Wars Series do you think we will get a reissue with new paint apps in a Mando or ROTJ box ? I do hope so as my favourite vehicle for my childhood I never got in the 80’s . Love the channel BB keep it up your a proper fella I’d have a beer with and talk Star Wars ! X
In regards to a reissue of Jabba's Barge: I actually asked one of the marketing staff from Hasbro Pulse at Celebration if this could be a thing in the future. Don't know if it was just 'corporate speak' for "not at the moment, please stop asking any further questions" ; ) - but I was told that for legal reasons they're not allowed to sell the Barge (offered at the crowdfunding) ever again. Apparently it was put in a contract that Jabba's Barge may only be available during the Haslab crowdfunding. So I'm afraid a reissue of Jabba's Barge won't be happening anytime soon. If at all. 😢

Great vid as always BB! QFNW: IF the next haslab offering is The Ghost, as rumored, it would be extremely likely that figures of the The Ghost Crew would be offered as tiers. If hasbro does include them, do you think that they will make the figures of the characters accurate to the Rebels cartoon or the new media? I personally think it would be a let down for collectors if we got the Ghost with new media versions of the characters (namely Hera, Sabine, and Ezra) because it very well may be the only opportunity hasbro has to do Pheonix Squad from the OT era in TVC form. Thoughts? Keep up the excellent content 👍

whats your thoughts on a pack in Salacious crumb figure with a jabba the hut in the same size as the sdcc one but have return instead of revenge of the jedi that gives carded collectors a chance to get him while bot hurting the secondary market to much for those with the sdcc exclusive. We desperately need a New R2 sculpt. The one they keep sending out has too many flaws, can't turn the head with the sensor scope, can't stand up straight without the sensor scope sticking out, etc.

I think case ratios are currently the worst problem plaguing TVC (which, y'know, probably says something about the excellent health of the line). Lando being 3 to a case was a legendary mistake, and the newest case is definitely a head scratcher with the two all-new and most desirable figures, Piett and the Clone, being 1 to a case and the repack Andor being 2 to a case. QFNW - how do you think they could fix this, other than just.... picking better figures? Do we need a petition to get them to do better? We got them to keep the bubble and give TVC more tooling budget, so community noise definitely helps.
I hope for a cantina 4 pack they go with a Ladies of the Cantina 4 Pack and they can do the Tonikka Sisters, an updated Leesub and maybe the lady Han was chatting to in that deleted scene. What do you think?

Howdy Sir! Your preferred R2 is the 3.75 Black Series version. And one of the few R2’s I have not been able to track down yet (which is how I knew which one he is!). Not a fan of the twist-to-lower 3rd leg gimmick, and I love me a nice built in Sensor/Periscope and body tools, but on looks alone I think that R2 is a quite nice one! The only one I like better is the Agtack of the Clones Arena 2-pack R2 which has never been re-released as far as I know. Black Series (6” scale version) from Hasbro just announced looks promising and leagues above the too tiny current Black Series version (5” scale, LoL). Figuarts is still best overall IMO, Bandai model kit would be tops if it was an actual figure, with Mafex a close 2nd. IMO of course! :-)

There's a ROTJ Monopoly game coming out soon--do you think Hasbro will eventually re-release it with a Retro pack-in figure like they did with the Mando Monopoly game... and if so, can we get a Retro Biker Scout with removable helmet? They can use the same cardback from the Endor Bunker TVC figure and just stick the old Alec Guiness Kenner head on the old Biker Scout body and we'd be in business! Tooling is expensive, so Hasbro must not be making money on vehicles and that's why we only get a very few and it seems like they're reserved for the once in a blue moon Haslab vehicles.

Hello and thankyou for your great videos, why dose Hasbro do limited perorders when it is almost garenteed sales on sit, as they are missing out on sales big time. Wouldent it make sence to have preorders of all the Figures and Ships so they can sell more, I thought they are trying to make money not put custemers of beying them in the furtcher.

I have yet to see an r2 that is the best. Personally, I use the old clone wars animated r2d2. Though animated in style, it has all the bells and whistles from the panels, arms, tools, tow cable , and thrusters. Until we get one with all of that, I'll be passing and continue to use it.
Was right about rebels tho since ahsoka is out they doing a rebel card but pretty sure one I want the bo ship or ahsoka ship

I think saying "never" for reissuing haslabs is not likely. They still spent a lot of money on everything for them and have the moulds just sitting there... it is just a matter of time.

But the public paid for it, it was crowdfunded so Hasbro didn't lose on it, so they don't need to make them anymore.
@Lamarr Avery hasbro never loses on things... the only things they lose on are the peg warmers, retro and tbs. They back the wrong multiples in cases, as pointed out in this episode.

I hope it's not The Ghost. I've never even seen the Rebels show. I want to be from the original trilogy, specifically, I want it to be a screen-accurate Cantina playset...but I guess I should prepare myself for disappointment once again. At least it's not another misfire like Reva's Lightsaber.
