Pay phone hits from Franklin are another thing you can do in between other things. If you do them right you get $85,000 each time. Also the excess weapon parts from the bunker pay $50,000 each time.
Auto shop contracts are so slept on. Specifically the Union Depository contract worth 300k. That's the only one I run. Take advantage when it's double pay and you can get millions easily by running UD contract back to back

I mean, I know this doesn't apply to everyone but the starter pack is 10 bucks right now. Get that. Screw everything except the CEO office. Get that, grind VIP work and anything else și You have 300k for the special cargo warehouse. Get the smallest, cheapest one. It's exactly 1mile from the office. Then fill it up to the max, sell, and repeat. You'll get to 2.2 millie in about 8-10 hours of non-stop grinding. Or like 4-5 days of normal gameplay. After that get the Kosatka, have fun in the game and learn the cayo perico heist and do that when You can. In 2-3 hours You get atleast 1mil from cayo perico and whatever extra You get for having fun. Maybe from races, missions or whatever. Most important thing is have fun. Most people doing these type of YT videos don't mention that hardcore grinding is not for everyone So try to have fun from time to time.
A point with CEO cargo, once filled or even when filling it just keep it stored for a time when the bonus for the week is on the sale of special cargo. by the time it takes to fill up all your warehouses unless your doing a heavy grind session, you would have either encountered the bonus week where you should sale as their is no bonuses for size of stock, or it will be a few weeks off. You can even start a second character as just a mule to double the amount of warehouses as both characters share the same bank, meaning when there is a bonus on CEO special cargo sale mission you can make an insane amount.

@@shanediesel8756 yup, the money in your Maze Bank account is shared between the two character and with 10 large warehouses fully stocked depending on if its just +50% (which seems to be the amount for special cargo now) or double payout you get around 30-40M depending on bonuses when selling in an invite only lobby. Its easier to stock up with the warehouse, manual source on one character with the warehouse staff sourcing on both accounts sourcing cargo as well, Tip: I found this way is good but this is harder for me to explain in typing, I have have two characters (Character1and Character2). I have 10 large warehouse in total between the two (the 4 that are in a line on the east of the map starting south of the casino (recommended buy these 4 and any one other large warehouse "close by") and the one near the 50 car garage recently released on both accounts). If I am to manually do special cargo source missions with Character1, i would first get the 5x warehouse staff for Character2 to go out and source creates then I would swap back over to Character1 and set the warehouse staff for that character to go out and source cargo, after setting off those 5 I'ed start manually sourcing special cargo with character1 and when I get the notification that Character1's warehouse staff have returned with cargo I know that Character2's have also return because I sent them out before Character1's to be efficient I would swap which characters I manually do cargo sourcing for at around 50% left to get so that the NPC do some of the work filling up the warehouses for both characters, as my above showed i found it best to send off the NPC staff for the character your not using first so that when you get the notifications for the character you are using you know that NPC's on the other character have also finished. WARNING: warehouse can be raided and because of a bug sometimes your not even notified of these, an easy way to avoid these is be in an MC business but only if you have no MC business stock

Best is having the nightclub, coke and Franklin contracts. Full popularity in club gets you 50k every night. When you resupplying the coke and doing other contracts, by the time you done them. You end up with 150k-200k in the club safe. When it's time to sell the coke, after that you can sell the club stock too. So you making just under a mill for 4/5 hrs in game time
I grinded the cash for my auto shop with a 16 cap cargo warehouse from a fresh save. Just running back to back UD contracts I’ve bought my kosatka. Between my auto shop and kosatka I’ve made millions and just keep using my businesses to buy other profitable businesses.

DO NOT GET VEHICLE CARGO WAREHOUSE!! its literally no gain, bringing the car in (paying probably 3k minimum for damage) and thats even if you get a top range car, then pay 20k for upgrades to sell it for 100k then losing more money for damage from the thieves. thats leaving you with less than 80k for 15 mins of work. Do all the other stuff tho. vehicle cargo is really just a waste of time unless youre really broke
The vehicle warehouse was on of my first big purchases (I got the CEO office free) but it was a good start point to make a quick few million but overtime you do realize your better off just buying a Kostaka and grinding cayo so in the end none of this really matters, lol.

The vehicle warehouse was one of the best ways to make money when it first came out if you combined it with a sightseer mission during the cooldown period. These days there are so many better ways to make money though that I never use my vehicle warehouse any more.
if you get enough runs with a friend on cayo or on contracts you can start up with a clubhouse real easily, it takes hardly any setup and if you get the technicians and the automatic upkeep, its idle money making
I completly disagree with this list, especially as a solo player. Best business is agency And night club. At The third place is car workshop. Youre not earning 3,5 mln from crates. You have to pay something about 600-700k to fill it up. So you can earn about 3 mln Max in few hours doing boring missions. Your list would be Good few years ago. Nowadays I do only agency night club And workshop heist. Dre you can finish in less than 2hr easily And get 1 mln. You can sell nightclub cargo for at least 500k After dre finally. Then there should be something about 100-200k in night club safe. So Its easy 1,6 mln per Max 2h of work

I know that true grinders will do Cayo Perico and gave sqedule for every activity to earn as much as possible. But i am playing gta 2 hrs per day sometimes i have Break for a week. So grinding for 8 hr straight is not for me. I do Acid lab, agency and night club only and everytime i play i earn more that 1 mln just having fun in a car.

Find someone in the crew to do Cayo, no long solo cooldown to worry about. If you still want to sell product, do it in a crew only lobby, high demand bonus and no griefers.

Nice video but what about the nightclub yeah it take alot of setup but once it's up and running its basically a idle money maker, I can still make way more off the cayo perico heist faster then the auto shop and the auto shop heists weren't ment for 1 person to do its possible but you probably won't get it first try although the cars you sell from thier are very worth it. With the vehicle warehouse if you fill it all the way up you can make it so you always source the same car so a good 70 g every 15 min, and I know it's not technically a buissiness but the terrobyte is great for speeding up sell missions and filling in time with good paying missions while your waiting for you buissiness to refill. Big tip you can blow up the vehicles in the box will drop beneath them so you can use whatever you use to get there which is quicker to bring it back as well
Great video but a shame you didn’t mention how you have to have a crew to do sell missions. So anyone reading this. Make sure you have a crew of at least 3 when you do a full bunker cuz often it spawns either 3 vehicles where you must do 5 separate checkpoints and or it spawns 4 Marshall’s where you have to deliver on the mountain. Also impossible to do without 3 people. Just trying to help anyone who wasn’t aware. Hope y’all enjoy and again thanks for the video.
Whenever I do selling missions, I do it alone and then once I get it to the location, I just get my heli and fly back to the other trucks and then sell them, I do it for the warehouse tho
It's good being 1st but if you are missing x2 money on things ( which you have done alot lately ) in freemode. No good fresh. If your going to be 1st you have to get everything right!

@@Corrymartinez those missions I did when I brought crates for 3 large warehouse just to put some money back the haulage paid you 30k and I forgot what headhunter paid but doing those two replaces the money you spent. I spend 54k to put 3 crates in 3 large the price of crates doesn't change with whatever warehouse you have when I did those two missions I made back what I spend. I took a long break from gta now there's alot of jobs that you can do to replace if you filled up an entire warehouse
Of you have friends that love to grind filling up the at least 2 large you make a good amount just remember to do some missions to replace the money you spent

Make sure you have a crew of at least 3 when you do a full bunker cuz often it spawns either 3 vehicles where you must do 5 separate checkpoints and or it spawns 4 Marshall’s where you have to deliver on the mountain. Also impossible to do without 3 people. Just trying to help anyone who wasn’t aware. Hope y’all enjoy and again thanks for the video.
Whenever I do selling missions, I do it alone and then once I get it to the location, I just get my heli and fly back to the other trucks and then sell them, I do it for the warehouse tho
I also don't max out the bunker in case of being raided

THE WAREHOUSE IS ONE OF THE WORST IF YOU HAVE TOO PAY 18,000 every time 18,000 x 111 = 1,998,000 and you only make 2.2 mil sometimes 4.4 mil
That's why some do headhunter or other haul in between to make that money back that you spend then in the long hall you actually do make profit it's a massive grind for sure but just doing a few missions you make back what you spent

@@Corrymartinez those missions I did when I brought crates for 3 large warehouse just to put some money back the haulage paid you 30k and I forgot what headhunter paid but doing those two replaces the money you spent. I spend 54k to put 3 crates in 3 large the price of crates doesn't change with whatever warehouse you have when I did those two missions I made back what I spend. I took a long break from gta now there's alot of jobs that you can do to replace if you filled up an entire warehouse
Of you have friends that love to grind filling up the at least 2 large you make a good amount just remember to do some missions to replace the money you spent
