@@TechPoison that means your bootloader is locked so try unlocking it again
maybe its your pc or wire?
worked on my pixel 5a just had to go unlock my bootloader aside that everything worked great

It's probably because my phone's boot loader is locked and the oem unlock is greyed. Do you have any solution for that please ?
yes, need bootloader unlock and i have no solution for greyed out

I guess you could run as administrator the flash-all file without putting the files from the image in the adb and fastboot folder. On older devices it is possible.
I'm saying this because, if you have more then one device and if you copy all the files from all the factory images in the adb and fastboot folder, you could run the wrong file by mistake :)))

On Pixel 6a I installed Paranoid Rom and then I can't get out of there. I've installed all the builds from the official page and it always gives me an error in the vendor. I also can't get Lineage Recovery to start when I follow the steps to install it and despite the fact that CMD does not provide any errors, the custom Lineage Recovery does not start. You also teach how to install Proton, but it is not available for Bluejay. So I'm stuck in Paranoid, not getting any of the official Google Builds for Bluejay to install, no Lineage to boot, and no Proton. Could you please tell me how to get out of this impasse?
After seeing all the playlist for Pixel 6a, my intention is to go back to original, insert Magisk, AOSP Mods and update by OTA.

I have Pixel 7 locked to Spectrum mobile. It had android 13. I did the soft carrier sim unlock, and I could use another sim from another carier. After update to android 14 I can not do soft reset. My phone is locked again. I can not unlock OEM because its locked to carrier. Is there any hope for my phone to downgrade to android 13?

Did try. Phone is recognized but I get error: "Error connecting to your device. Try disconnecting and reconnecting it.

Hello Munchy, Many Poco x3 pro are going dead after update including mine. Service center confirmed that its motherboard issue. And faulty updates are responsible for it. Poco company is responsible the loss of customers.( Motherboard is costing 12500Rs) . And they are not willing to replace it just cause my phone is 2 days over warranty. I just want my data back😭😭😭😭, please help me in recovering my data.
