Big Al, one of the best from the last generation of traditional Centers/Big Men. A lot of Jokic does in the post today reminds of what Al used to do on the regular.
Rip Justin Reed the 3rd rookie that year my high school rival but off the court friend, crazy thing I got a connection to every guy sitting here, at Wabash Valley with TA, me and ZBo played at the Nike All American Camp 98 on the same team and watched Al dominate at Prentiss
Good stuff! Love the inside view from players. Really appreciate the Doc love as a Bucks fan. Tired of all the hate he’s been getting & thankful he’s our couch.
Charlotte my squad and I thought Thomas was gone go crazy it hurt his career yes but was his fault too cuz he wasn't a shooter anything just athletic dunker he woulda been better off on heat or Knicks back them he can't lead a team
I got so much respect for players like Al Jefferson who were really HIM but never fed into the media and the clout. Stayed true to himself even as all star player.
Ricky Davis wild child lol dude was funny as hell sitting in the 2nd row with the fans …. Shooting on his own basket and grabbing the rebound for a tripple double
Finding out Al Jefferson from Mississippi makes all the sense . He played like a country boy , like you know city players and the country ones by style and auora. Never heard him talk much unless it was post game on court take. They be breathing heavily af so you dont really know how they articulate themselves . Al sound like a pan of cornbread. Im from sc so i get it

One of the best ball podcasts already. Y’all are genuine and listen. Guests A1 already
I absolutely love these guys and how they discuss their experiences in the NBA. Pay attention young players you'll learn something valuable here.
Nothing but love for big Al as a fan of the game. Some of the best footwork down low in NBA history 💯🥶🥶 cold blooded post work
Al Jefferson was a cold ass PF

Hes a great coach. His personality isn't for everyone though
Doc look like he keep the remote in his pocket to rewind some shit
Al Jefferson was cold. Solid, consistent double double player for a majority of his career. Very durable, fundamentally sound. This was a great convo.
You know AL Real Country.. he giving people names 😂
Al used be hell on the block
Super under rated big men all time
When I played pick up I loved to use post moves...every time I took a mini hook I'd say "Al Jefferson! Best post moves ever!"...Al was built different
Dope interview!
Tyrus Thomas was supposed to be sum crazy...gettin traded to Charlotte fucked him up
Charlotte my squad and I thought Thomas was gone go crazy it hurt his career yes but was his fault too cuz he wasn't a shooter anything just athletic dunker he woulda been better off on heat or Knicks back them he can't lead a team
Saw him in high school. Sheesh
Same with Derrick Favors...
@@AnonymousRapGuy1 of my favorite players of all time regardless how his nba career turned out.
As a Bulls fan I respectfully disagree
Always wanted to hear from AL jef.I use to see these dudes at the clubs downtown Boston.
Big Al led the Bobcats to the playoffs one season.
I got so much respect for players like Al Jefferson who were really HIM but never fed into the media and the clout. Stayed true to himself even as all star player.
Big Al had a BAG. If you know, you know.
Tony, ZBo and AL? These episodes goated already!
Al needs to be in the newer 2k games, one of my favorite players
I’ve watched Tony Allen since his freshman year in college, I’ve never seen someone grow so much on and off the court. He is an inspiration.
Ricky Davis wild child lol dude was funny as hell sitting in the 2nd row with the fans …. Shooting on his own basket and grabbing the rebound for a tripple double
Had to hit that subscribe; I didn't even know y'all had a show
Jefferson seems like a real down-to-earth guy.
