I got this phone free thanks to my Amazon vine account. So far I'm very impressed with it. My only issue is and it could possibly be a setting i have on. Is if you slightly turn the phone in your hand when looking at it the screen darkens, similar to the effect of a privacy filter on a pc monitor. (To stop people next to you seeing what's on your screen). Very insightful video 👍
This phone is decent mid ranger but it doesnt have NFC, so weird! I went with the oneplus nord n30,which is slightly better for around the same price in canda and has nfc
After a couple of weeks mine started to do a random reboot at unexpected times. The Umidigi factory shop on AliExpress insists on a video of this before they can help me. I tried to explain that it's almost impossible to take a video that happens a few times per day at unexpected times. They just keep repeating that they need a video. I get the feeling that I'm communicating with an algorithm that doesn't have an option for no video. Nice phone but don't expect any customer service once things go south. I won't buy any Umidigi product again.
Yeah I don't see how it would be possible to reinact that situation since it's a random action that's happening out of no where. But I wouldn't give up, just keep trying to explain to them , also try factory resetting the device but first back up all data so you don't lose your photos and videos
Did the factory reset. No joy. The Service Centre App that's pre-installed on the phone is also a useless waste of memory space. I tried contacting them through this, explaining the problem in detail... Zero response
hello, i just bought this phone through amazon. but right now i'm going through a phone company called visible, and i don't know if they will take this phone. do you you know any phone carries here in the U.S. that will take this phone? please let me know.
Hows the screen quaily? I love deep blacks and high contrast so amoled or oled for me. Is this a bad lcd display with grayish blacks? Yes, to me lcds black look gray. Ive been spoiled by amoled
i am impressed woth the colors and quality of the photos and videos. but the stabilization is very bad for video. though of you are using it on a stand or something to record, it is very impressive
Please can you tell me what about google map is it alright because I need it for my job I order a15 after one week the system said your gps signal lost then doesn’t work anymore I returned it
I'm on ATT straight talk works fine, but you have to configure YOUR APN settings for your carrier to connect it to the mobile network, If you need help doing that let me know
A 6 nanometer (nm) processing chip refers to the manufacturing process used to create the transistors within the chip. Here's a breakdown of what this means: * Nanometer: This is a unit of measurement that is incredibly small. One nanometer is one billionth of a meter. * Transistors: These are the tiny switches that make up a processor. They control the flow of electrical current, allowing the chip to perform calculations. * Manufacturing Process: This refers to the techniques used to create the transistors. A 6nm process means that the transistors are very close together, typically about 6 nanometers apart. Why is a smaller number better? * More transistors: A smaller process allows for more transistors to be packed into the same area. This means more calculations can be performed simultaneously, leading to increased performance. * Lower power consumption: Smaller transistors require less power to operate, making the chip more energy-efficient. * Smaller size: This can result in smaller devices overall. It's important to note: While a smaller number generally indicates a more advanced process, there are other factors that influence a chip's performance, such as architecture, design, and manufacturing yield.
