The downside to making a large ravioli would be the noodle texture, youd want it firm but the insides fully heated. Maybe a giant fried one.

you could even try alternate ingredient dishes like a lasagna using breaded chicken in place of the noodles

Good bagel places imo you don't get toasted bagels because if they're made properly the outside is already crunchy and the inside is soft. I think people got used to toasted bagels because grocery store bagels are kind of meh and the only thing that would bring them to life was toasting them and adding toppings.

I've had the chicken and waffles at Fran's. It's from Boca Raton and they're my FAVORITE. I love that restaurant. Best chicken and waffles hands down! They're fries are good too.
