The Father, My Son and the Holy Ghost, which he wrote after his son drowned in an accident really is a gut wrenching song. Craig also has some fun songs like International Harvester and one of my favorites is What I Love About Sunday. Craig is an Army vet and he recently rejoined the reserves at age 59. He's a good guy.
Ray I know you admire stellar people.. in particularly men who step up to the plate and take care of their business. In his youth Craig enlisted in the army as an EMT and served for 17 years. Afterward, he put his song writing skills to use for other people, then was encouraged to sing his own songs. He became a huge hit in country music for many years. THIS YEAR he re-enlisted in the army at age 59 because he wants to make a difference for the plight of our country. Admirable and honorable man. Thanks for the heartfelt and truthful reaction. I hope you listen to more of Craig's catalog.
Yes! It broke me the first time I saw him sing it after hearing the story behind it! It's a beautiful song! Reminded me of Vince Gill when his brother died and he sang Mountain High.
Mr.Ray you really to see him sing live on the Grand Ole Opry he sings a song he wrote after he lost his son in a boating accident, When he sung it, it was the first time he'd ever Sanged it he said his friend Blake Sheldon told him that he had to record it because it was awesome and it could help other's, and his song called... What I like about Sunday's..... Thank You Sir for your reaction hope you have a blessed day 🙏 sending you love from Lafayette Georgia 🍑
I agree that the father, my son, and the Holy Ghost is an absolute must, but it's got to be the live performance at the grand ol Opry . His emotions in the performance are so heartbreaking
Ray you have to react to Craig Morgan “My Father My Don and the Holy Ghost” he wrote it for his son that passed at 19years old in a rafting accident!!!
Everytime I hear "I lost my baby brother" I lose it. I just can't imagine, I love my whole family but my little brother is so important to me and I don't think I could live without him. Song is rough man
Loooooove Craig Morgan!!!! Almost Home is another GREAT song. You’ve already done The Father My Son and the Holy Ghost.. to me, those are his biggest & best 3
Yo Ray, I appreciate the different genre of music you react to. Talent is talent regardless of the type of music. Nice reaction as always. About 6 months ago, you reacted to Stevie Ray Vaughan, Texas Flood. Imo this Stevie Ray Vaughan song - "Life Without You" - 9/21/1985 - Live at Capitol Theatre, is his best performance ever. You will be amazed brother.
"Almost Home", "That's What I Love About Sundays" " The Father My Son and the Holy Ghost", are a few more of his great songs also. Most of his songs are great!!!
I’m going to say it in case you missed the other 20+ comments on it so far lol…..The Father, My Son and The Holy Ghost is a number 1. I’ve followed Craig for over 20 years now I think. I’m an EMT as well so we’ve had some conversations about that and many other things. I’ve seen him live more times than I can count. I’ve gotten to work EMS at his shows, he’s such a good guy and he stays and signs autographs and talks to every person he can. He was on his bus doing an interview after one of his shows, I knew where his bus was because of working his shows in the past, he came out to say “hi” and meet my kids and talk to the family. He’s an all around AMAZING man. When you hear the song mentioned above, you want to talk about hard stuff? Damn. This man is the most humble “entertainer” that I’ve ever met. I love that you’re reacting to him. Everyone is afraid to meet their favorites, Craig is one of those that doesn’t disappoint meeting him. He’s so “underrated” but very respected in the music world. Him and Jelly have a song, that according to Jelly, saved his life from prison with his song Almost Home. They just re-recorded it and added Jelly to the song. It’s live at the Opry (him and Jelly) and the live version of The Father, My Son and The Holy Ghost live from the Opry is amazing!!! Welcome to a great rabbit hole if you’re ready for some of the most amazing story telling in his catalog! 💗 And international harvester was probably his first big song. It’s a fun one. Every country fan knows it!
Craig Morgan is a great human being. Amazing singer/songwriter and, and Afgan War Veteran. So many great music. Almost Home (bringing attention to our homeless veterans) What I Love About Sunday’s (shows his strong Christian beliefs)
Dude keep it! And your head ! I love your reactions bro, do your reactions on your own time bro, you have nobody to please, if it’s taking care of you and your family first then by all means do what your heart takes you to do. God bless you. Your a great guy I can tell by your videos.
My favorite song of his will always be “Thats What I Love About Sundays”. It was earlier in his career. Would also love to see you react to Carrie Underwood “Cry Pretty”. Best with subtitles because everyone misses one particular word. Thanks for all the content! 💛
You must react to Craig’s: The Father, My Son and The Holy Ghost. After Craig lost his 19 yr old son in a tubing accident; the chorus came to him in his sleep. The live version from the Grand Ol Opry is the first time he performed it. The official video is just as powerful. Can’t hide that kind of pain.
Lord sweetheart you got to check out his song now after he lost his son do the live one at the Grand Old Oprey and it was the first time he sang ,you won't be disappointed , thank you for your reaction and I hope you have a blessed day and I hope you have a blessed day 😘 sending love from Lafayette Georgia 🍑
Commenting again hoping youll see the comment and react to the father my son and the holy ghost by craig live at the grand ol Opry. I think youll really enjoy the song and his true emotions of the song and the meaning behind the song
The problem with the world especially the young people today is they care more about their Material Possessions than the Members of their Family. Families just don’t get together anymore. It breaks my Heart to know that when my Parents are gone Our Whole Family will Split Apart and big family gatherings will end.
I love Craig Morgan... this song is excellent, but please please do me the favor and do the song by him called The Ballad of Mr Jenkins... the lyrics will speak to you in a big way I think ... no one , I mean no one gives this song a chance in the reaction scene, and it's an enormous shame as this song speaks truth in how we should not judge someone because you never know what they are going through. We all need reminders of that ...

ALMOST HOME by Craig Morgan... 🔥 Fire
In the end, the things that truly matter aren’t things at all….it’s people that matter
