I was listening and wondering if cavemen would appreciate this and enjoy it. Idk the image that I saw was just a bunch of hairy dudes in loincloths going wild around a campfire 😂
so glad your doing a demo of a baritone the way it should be done. Unlike a bunch of guitar stores, where their video is just some boring blues riff (not saying blues is, just the riff happens to be) and not showing off the low properly.
Was hoping you were gonna rip that Toska Abomasum. That tune affected me to the point of changing my outlook it also made you one of my favorite guitarist and I’m so happy for your success!
Rabea, I just wanted to say that every playing demo you put out amazes me. Your picking during the ambient sections show how much you have worked on your technique. Transitioning between fingerstyle and picking is beautiful as well as the tone you get out of the guitar. Awesome work!!!
Mesmerizing. it somehow triggered memories of Keith Merrow. Would be mint if you guys did a riff wars or song/collaab! Thanks for the vid Rabea. Always a treat to endulge. Cheers
Oh. That girth is so nasty :) Also very good deep, dark clean tones. At first , i saw using these Hapas guitars was Simonexslugde. I need to get one. Have a nice day Rabea!
Yes I think Silos would do that thing right. My only hesitation would come from how good the split tone is but you might get the most use out of it with silos and not splitting at all.
Absolutely killer my brother!! I just absolutely love your content. I share it all the time on Facebook. Rabea’ you are my favorite modern hard rock guitarist. I played bass guitar and rock bands doing the club and casino circuit for over 18 years. I have not played professionally since 1994. I definitely know a good player when I hear one. Lol I absolutely love what you do my brother. You are one of the best out there today. And as long as you keep making music I’ll keep listening and sharing! Bless you my brother!🎸🎶
You've got a thing for baritones. Do baritone's ever sing for you 😮 This thing's very inspiring seems to be right up your alley. This room looks like your old one? I remember you had the big studio with the drums that you moved to? Anyways sounds great my friend Keep up the down tuned work! 🔥♥️
This is his mixing room in the same building as his studio (the big studio with the drums). He talks about the 2nd room in this video: ua-cam.com/video/wW8trT-uOns/v-deo.htmlsi=89sSKsR9_vuhW_c3
7:11 Rabea, I beg you, is this part of one of your tracks or songs? What’s the name of it? I am going fully immersion in your albums to find this chord progression, such lovely!! If you didn’t use it in any of your song, please do it! Crazy!
Times 3 of asking (but now there’s a Hapas to have an actual reason): is there a possibility to see u at Guitar Summit 2024? Talked to the dual bearded guy of Hapas at summit 23 .. super nice guy. Their models are simple but they got an edge to their estethic wich makes them recognizable even without headstock 🤘🤘 really like ‘em
4:26 I. Absolutely. Love. How. It. Sounds. Holy o.O I know it's also your skills, dialed in tone and the amp/plugin you use, but still. The clarity of the notes, the resonance and overall choppy and full sound of that instrument. I also really love the black and gold combination. Pure win :)
Absolutely sick guitar but I'm confused, did it take 16 months after it was finished for you to receive it? Or did you not open it for almost a year and a half? Or did you put wrong dates in your show notes? Lol somethings not rite but dam I'd love one of those spec'd very similar
Well.. haha it wasn’t really like that. The guys at Hapas offered to send me the guitar and it was at a pretty hectic time for me. Since their builds can take anywhere from 12-18 months, it slipped my mind until they got back in touch to let me know the build was nearing completion. I earn a living doing what I do don’t get me wrong. But it’s not a case of I just chuck tons of cash everywhere and forgot that I bought it hahaha
the the judge is a jazzmaster shape, you may as well say it. Also the Hapas Judge 628 basically my dream guitar, fell in love with the guitar shape and finish ever since that red and black one that jim root had custom from fender.
Looking forward to the day when i can forget about a guitar ive ordered rofl :D My guitar is barely keeping in tune anymore cos of the shitty licensed Floyd Rose but gotta work with it!
If you had the choice, would you rather be a touring full time artist or the hybrid you’re now leaning heavier towards UA-cam? I know you’re an artist full time but you know what I mean
Since lockdown it’s been quieter for me on the live side since my band Toska broke up. I’ve had the odd gig and the tours with frogleap. But that’s all gonna change this year, launching my new band Vower soon! I’ve always played shows and toured since I was in my late teens. UA-cam became a way for me to continue doing what I love but also earn a living and get out there as a guitar player onto the internet. I wouldn’t say I’m leaning heavily into UA-cam. Much less nowadays than a few years ago. But yeah ultimately I’ll always want to play live and write music, because that’s why I started!
The beef in that guitar tone is insane 🔥
7:12 holy shit that chord progression is amazing
I was listening and wondering if cavemen would appreciate this and enjoy it. Idk the image that I saw was just a bunch of hairy dudes in loincloths going wild around a campfire 😂
First chord of that part made me think he was going into Naysayer by Architects, probably my favourite little chord progression of all time
@@FormaAlert love the name and pfp lol

agreed, it's always stepdad blues ugggh
Those pushed cleans are beautiful.
Buster Odeholm plays those, automatically making them some of the heaviest sounding guitars on the planet
Exactly
Looks and Sounds Great. Cheers to you and the builders in Berlin
You play whatever you want, I loved seeing you on the telecaster the other, love your ambient stuff, thanks for helping great videos
The note definition and clarity on chords is Great!
Was hoping you were gonna rip that Toska Abomasum. That tune affected me to the point of changing my outlook it also made you one of my favorite guitarist and I’m so happy for your success!
I didn't expect to see the most THALL guitar of all on this channel. What a nice surprise.
Pretty much this exact spec has been on my wishlist from Hapas for a while!
Rabea, I just wanted to say that every playing demo you put out amazes me. Your picking during the ambient sections show how much you have worked on your technique. Transitioning between fingerstyle and picking is beautiful as well as the tone you get out of the guitar. Awesome work!!!
Beautiful guitar!
A Hapas has been on my list for a minute now. I need

Semi-clean tones are truly inspiring 👏
This guitar is nuts! I love it!
i always loved your playing style, so agressive yet so nice and beautiful!!! the guitar is gorgeous, i would love to own one :D ty for the video :)))
Beautiful to listen to and beautiful to look at. What a guitar! And it’s the hand of a master that makes it roar.
What a beautiful work of art. The quality is amazing. I would love to be able to have one someday.
What tuning are you using here? I love the beefiness of that tone. Guitar looks exellent.
hey rabea!! random non related question.. what desk is that?? im in the market for one and that one looks perfect!!
I have a Hapas Siren 727 and I love it.
What was your tuning, and what string gauge sizes? Thanks
Hapas are beautiful! That headstock!! Love the cleanish sounds around 5:40. What's the tuning on this?
The guitar is very good, but that playing it's amazing and out of words. By the way, happy new guitar day!
Not only is this baby gorgeous but it sounds stellar too awesome
Hapas are the best metal guitars I have ever played. They are crazy good!
Awesome video. What tuning is that?
brother you sure can jam... love to hear you rock
Love those cleans.
As always Love your work!! Does anyone know what tuning he's using?
Omg that clean tone
Oh. That girth is so nasty :) Also very good deep, dark clean tones. At first , i saw using these Hapas guitars was Simonexslugde. I need to get one. Have a nice day Rabea!
Dang that's a very nice guitar and very nice playing.
What tuning are you in, man I really want one of these.
I have this guitar and I love it. I also have your Silos in my aristides.
I'm in love with that guitare 😍

Massive sounding beast. I like it big time.
Love the guitar, love the tone.
I cant bring myself to part with my Hapas 7, they are incredible
7:11 Rabea, I beg you, is this part of one of your tracks or songs? What’s the name of it? I am going fully immersion in your albums to find this chord progression, such lovely!!

so your telling me i need a baritone for the Dos Huevos donk riff?
G'damn, that tone is sweet!
Ha! Like a completely-forgotten Christmas morning or a birthday! 😂😍😍

Really nice build.

Been thinking of getting a baritone! This one is nice!! Leaning to the Purple Snakebyte if I can find one
im in love with the back of it 😀
What tuning is it setup for?
Beautiful guitar
If I wanted to test out their guitars in London does anyone know where I could do this?
Love that guitar
you did great to get a 24 fret model, now you can play around with the thall 24 fret bendy bois and and tapping riffs!
😂
I was surprised as well that it has 24 frets
Diggin 🤘

Currently takes 12-18 months after ordering until the guitar is built. Worth the wait though
So Rabea is a giant if thats a baritone, looks like a tiny pickle in his hands :D Sounds good man!
Dang it bea always teasing me with baritones. I have a pack of string for the baritone I wasn’t able to get 😂
Yeah man, that’s a weapon!
How much is this guitar in USD?
Is Rabea a giant, or is this guitar really small?
I want a hapas so bad! I want the sludge 727, saw the one they made munk from korn and holy shit!!!! Want that guitar so bad!
Yeah, it happens to me every day, that I forgot I ordered a guitar. 🥳
Opening riff reminds me of The Plot In You
Jeez, imagine having so much money that a guitar rocks up at your door that you forgot ordering. Must be nice 😄
Well.. haha it wasn’t really like that. The guys at Hapas offered to send me the guitar and it was at a pretty hectic time for me. Holy cannoli that’s a wildly hefty tone
It looks a little small doesn't it?
is that a Mooer D7 X2 delay on your shelf?
No I think that’s the microcosm
Well that is lovely.
Sweetness.
Badass!
Wow…like watching Schumacher “break-in” a new Ferrari prototype…Rabbea is a BEAST on guitar!
tuning ?
sounds nice

Holy 💩 .. how to I get my Axis Baritone to sounds like the Judge 😮
I think that the hair needs its own YT channel😃🤘
We need a nameless x video to channel your inner Buster.
o look gorgeous
If you forgot you ordered this and you don't need it, I know a lil band called SoulKiller would GLADLY put it to use
i would like to see stevie ray vaughn jamming on one that must be massive
Fuckin awesome
hello!! Big fan!! name of riff at 7:12 please??
Love that as well
Here's something kinda similar. Not baritone or as heavy ua-cam.com/video/TJ8p_0JFeC0/v-deo.html
@@MrEtodaG very cool comp
This kind of instruments are much more closer to your personality than the big brands.
I need to know why is there a random fork on your desk.
It's a tuning fork obviously
Can you forget to order me one? Please and thank you🤙
Looking forward to the day when i can forget about a guitar ive ordered rofl :D My guitar is barely keeping in tune anymore cos of the shitty licensed Floyd Rose but gotta work with it!

7:10
Would love to see you shred on a 7 string…6 strings almost look too small for you
Hapas definitely don't half-ass
Meshuggah Judge 627
8:10 !!!
The guitar tone for when you want to drown out the bass player.
I have one of these and although mine has 8 strings and P90's (not a big humbucker fan), these tones really fuck
Sounds like whoopie cushion convention
