Mindy: I’m so impressed with the way that you and Larry have been integrating Luna into your home with Lexi. You both have been so considerate and thoughtful for both of your babies and it’s just wonderful to know that there are people like you guys out there that treat animals with such kindness and respect!
One, remember to look up at the stars and not down at your feet. Two, never give up work. Work gives you meaning and purpose and life is empty without it. Three, if you are lucky enough to find love, remember it is there and don't throw it away.

We use a lysol-water solution (1 to 4 ratio) to wipe down our grocery packaging before bringing them inside the house 🤓 it saves on store bought wipes (especially if they’re scarce). Rags can easily be washed after use. We setup a table in the garage to disinfect everything and a small office trash bin to act as a laundry bin. My wife made a bunch of masks so we collect them in the bin with the rags to get laundered at a later time.
I love how you are taking baby steps to introduce Lexie and Luna. It's never good to rush introductions. That seasoning you bought for avocado toast sounds really good. I'll have to try that. Your vlogs are so relaxing. I always look forward to them.

I just wanted to say thank you for posting during the pandemic, I like to binge watch your weekly posts on Saturdays while I have coffee and clean. Hi Mindy! Just love watching your videos and how you spread positivity! A little tip I’ve learned over the years for baking chicken- 450° will overcook the chicken for 15 minutes, especially if pounded thin. I cook chicken at 400° for 15-20 min and once they come out I temp check them in the center for 165° and then cover them in foil for 5 min to regain the juices. It makes a huge difference, try it! Also, to pound chicken without a meat masher, use a rolling pin! 😊
I’m so happy Little Luna is doing so well! Even if she does have asthma it can be treated and managed really well. My 10 year old cat was recently diagnosed and it involved some changes and learning how to use an emergency inhaler but she does really well. Thanks for sharing your lives with us! I just adore you guy 💕💕💕 stay safe!!

Hey Mindy, you should feed the kitties on either side of the door, something yummy like wet food. This will help them associate each other to a good experience and will help a lot when finaly introducing them. Also let Lexie go in Luna's room when Luna is out exploring so they can get to knoe eachothers smell.

At one point we had 3 feral cats living inside at once. One was blind one was sick and one was a scaredy-cat. The blind one was allowed to go out during the day but the other two had to stay inside. Luna’s going to be an indoor cat forever. Lol.

I really enjoy watching your channel. Little Luna is on her way! Just a little yam jam; I like to boil mine with a cinnamon stick, and when they are just soft enough I pull them out, peel the skin off, season, then fry in a pan/or roast in the oven.

This is SO funny. When I had my son( he had to stay in the NICU for a week )but regardless my husband would bring home blankets and little outfits he wore so our dogs could smell him.
So I commented in the beginning.so adding an edit lol ...now that I'm watching your Publix haul...(Im in an age gap relationship too and was 28 when my son was born...hes 14 now)
I remember "the food we each liked" now its mostly a compromise because we are now a family of 4..
Also, Florida seems WAY more "normal" than PA. We are scheduled to be there September 8 to find a house(and do Disney) I really hope everyone stays safe there.

I love yalls new baby and I cant wait to see the videos were both cats are together. I love the training that yall are doing with both cats. I have a 11 1/2 year old dog and a 6 1/2 month old puppy I got my puppy in January 2020 my older dog is not a fan of other animals, But when I got my puppy I started the training right away and at first it was hard to have them in the same room because my puppy is full of energy and my older dog just wants to me left alone but by working with them I saw that if I put my older dog in a room by her self then let my puppy burn her energy out then bring my older dog in the same room as my puppy they do ok but they still have not gotten were they can be super close to each other and do good or be in the room by there self but I know by working with them they will get better and one day I can leave them in the room together and feel ok that my older dog wont hurt the puppy. I will never leave my puppy with my older dog in tell I saw them doing good for at least 1-2 months maybe 3 months.. When having a older animal and you get a younger animal sometimes it takes the older animal time to get used to the new younger animal and at that they still may not become best friends but in time they will get use to each other were at least they will be okay with each other and they can live in the same house and be ok..

I found key lime cookies at publix in the bakery. If you like key lime, they are to die for! They advertised as a limited time cookies. Keep an eye out for the limited time stuff. Its usually so good!

Have you ever tried sweet potatoes with a little chili powder, paprika, little bit of butter and drizzle with honey? Bake that in the oven it's soo good!
You should get frozen spinach to add to smoothies. Lasts longer, they are frozen at their peek goodness for the most health benefits and adds more coldness (not sure if that’s a word lol) to your smoothie. I’ve been smoothie crazy this entire quarantine to make sure my husband and two kids (11 & 3) have been getting all the best stuff in their bodies. 💪💪😉
