- Lola leaves the province of Mindoro to join me in Manila! It's an adventure in the big city for on a spontaneous trip around Metro Manila as we attempt to do a tricycle adventure. Unfortunately things dont go as planned so we end up doing a big food trip with the entire family as we visit the many Peri Peris around the area. You can never go wrong with a family food trip. That is the easiest way for Filipino bonding! Vlog 586

Makes me miss my loving lola who raised me up, the reason why i continue fighting this life, i wanted her to be proud of me and payback all the the sacrifices she did for me when my mom was away to work as ofw to give us better life, i love her so much i wish i could hug her for one last time and tell her how much i miss and love her.

I also have 2 almost centenarian Lolas, both of my parents side, one will be 96 this coming May and one will be 94 in August 2020 (i lost one Lola 😢which I call Mama that took care of me when I was a kid 2 years ago she's 92) and I love them so much, and yes they kiss the same as your Lola, I always get teary eyed whenever I watch your Lola Vlogs... I love it when you hug, kiss and rub her belly coz that's how I am with both of them too!
Keep posting more because we really have to spend time with our elders, soon they may not remember our names but they will remember how much we love them!

I love seeing your Lola. My Lola was also kapampangan. I’m also her first US born grandchild. I loved her as much as you love yours. She passed away shortly after year 2000 started. She was 91. She was in Seattle when I lived there and took care of me when my mom started having additional kids. I miss her and my Apu very much! Btw, I understand more kapampangan than Tagalog. I understand it more than speak it. Keep enjoying your Lola as much as possible! She’s a gem!
