Love it the way they do the announcer voice and dj atomika too is great. And I like how sometimes when taking a big jump the music gets muffled and the singing stops then as soon as you land the music goes back to normal
This game was over shadowed by skate and other games at the time

Literally the intro alone, I had jitters and goosebumps all over. This game was my literal childhood. Griff was my favorite because he was a 12 year old badass kid, and at the time I was 12 too 🤣🤣🤣
Why doesn’t EA make games like this anymore. This was a complete masterpiece, amazing graphics, amazing soundtrack. EA was at the height of their game back in the early 2000’s

This game is the absolute closest you can ever get to perfection. This is true gaming Nirvana. Full mountain runs and Elise, and it's just the most wonderful thing ever.
Elise Riggs and Zoe Payne are so beautiful in SSX 3.
The best extreme sports game ever made. And one of the most graphically impressive ps2 games, it looks incredible running in 480p (on native hardware) even today

@Eponymous Yeah, the lighting was exceptionally done; it was visually appealing. Also, the music was crafted into it, with the SFX and the VFX, every time you jumped or messed up, you could feel it from all sides. It still looks great to this day.
The best is ssx 2012 in ps3 or Xbox 360
19 years later and still no next gen game can compete with the spectacular exhilaration that only SSX series can deliver.
This game has *Really* good art design. The snow looks really good in 1440p.

I remember the release in 2003 and my day one with this awesome game! I was 17 and 2003/2004 was the best year of my life and this game gave me so many beautiful moments ❤️❤️❤️❤️ unforgettable

My favourite game of all time. That soundtrack is godly. I completed it 5 times. I still play it today. Its aged extremely well. My favourite character is Psymon.

Just plug in the ps2 and do a full mountain run and I have more fun then any modern gaming experience.
PS2 died, but I play on emulator. The game holds up even today. Closest thing we got to a new SSX game is Riders Republic and even then it does not quite scratch the itch SSX does.

I would always play griff and he would play psymon. He would never upgrade any of my characters stats and would only upgrade his. So he always beat me 😭😭😭
This was my favorite ps2 game to play as a kid. I would always ask to play it with my brother (cause I didn’t know how to work the TV or ps2) eventually he got tired of me asking to play it all of the time so he got rid of it 😭😭😭.
I also remember accidentally finding a secret passage way in one of the races that took you instantly to the finish line (that was the only time I ever beat my brother that I can remember)

Just got it again as well as bought a GameCube & N64. Living the life right now with these. I highly suggest you do it. Games lime Tak & Juju, Crash Bandicoot, Mario Tennis, Spyro, SSX3, Harry Potter, NFL Street 1 & 2. NBA Street 1 & 2.. oh man I can keep going. You won't regret it! Infinite nostalgia and fun!
this game is 1 of 3 reason's I'm jumping ship of playstation & getting a xbox series x I've given up hope on sony letting me play my ps2 copy of this so ill just order an xbox copy when i get my hands on a new xbox system
