Imagine a Red Dead game where you start the game right after the events of Red Dead Revolver (not dramatized but the actual events that still hold weight.) Ricketts (policing as he was in rdr1) meets Red in the next town over in a bar, where Red ends up to have a self-celebratory drink. Landon goes to question Red about what occurred at the Mayor’s office but as he does some worse men show up. One things leads to another and a full on gunfight plays out in that bar with Landon and Red falling on the same side. The two share a similar demeanor, sense of humor and moral compass and Landon feels for Red after learning his story. Landon convinces Red that they’d be an unstoppable force in the bounty hunting business. They end up becoming good friends unwillingly. They see help from Buffalo Soldier and Annie Stoakes (as pay back to red for granting Soldier his freedom and Annie for the gold that she used to get another ranch.) By the end of story, Ricketts and Red have taken out most of the greatest gunslingers/outlaws. Bigger things transpire and Red meets his noble end by saving Ricketts, the same way Jack Swift did at the end of Revolver but only more cinematic. For the epilogue, Ricketts goes on the avenge Red’s death like Jack did for John.
Two of the most skilled gunslingers in red dead history however seeing how red Harlow single handledly took down multiple outlaw gangs I’d say he’d win then again if it were Landoln in his prime he might have a chance

While I couldn't give a specific amount for your question, I do know that Red would easily kill the most Red harlow is a specialised bounty hunter who is a perfect killing machine. Red Harlow kills over 430 armed men within the span of Red dead revolver which only takes place within 3 and a half days. To put that into perspective, Arthur and John kill just over 1000 people within the span of their own games which take place atleast over a month or so. So Red Harlow can do nearly half of what John and Arthur can do within afew months under afew days.... If in a made up scenario Red, Arthur, John and Landon separately made a goal to take down the O'driscols. They would all kill alot of people but Red would definitely make the most impact. The man never stops hunting and dueling and spilling a mountain amount of blood with ease
