    Lyrics:
Come thou fount of every blessing,
Tune my heart to sing thy grace,
    Streams of mercy never ceasing,
Call for songs of loudest praise.
    Teach me some melodious sonnet,
    Sung by flaming tongues above,
Praise the mount I'm fixed upon it,
    Mount of God's unchanging love
    Here I raise my Ebenezer,
Hither by thy help, I've come,
And I hope by thy good pleasure,
    Safely to arrive at home
Jesus sought me when a stranger,
Wandering from the fold of God,
He to rescue me from danger,
    Interposed his precious blood.
Oh to grace how great a debtor,
    Daily I'm constrained to be,
Let thy grace now like a fetter,
Bind my wandering heart to thee.
Prone to wander, Lord I feel it,
Prone to leave the God I love,
Here's my heart O take it seal it,
Seal it for thy courts above
Prone to wander, Lord I feel it,
Prone to leave the God I love,
Here's my heart O take it seal it,
Seal it for thy courts above
Come thou fount of every blessing,
Tune my heart to sing thy grace,
    Streams of mercy never ceasing,
Call for songs of loudest praise.
    Teach me some melodious sonnet,
    Sung by flaming tongues above,
Praise the mount I'm fixed upon it,
    Mount of God's unchanging love

“Here I raise my Ebenezer” that line always has a way of touching me because of the meaning behind it. For those who don’t know, Ebenezer literally means “stone of help” and was raised as a commemoration by Samuel because God protected his children after they put their faith in him. The Philistines planned to attack the Israelites while they were vulnerable and Samuel pled for the Israelites to turn from idols and false Gods and that if trust put their faith in God he would protect them always, they did and so Philistines planned to attack the Israelites and when they approached ready to wipe them out God released a loud thunder storm which caused the Philistines to retreat in fear! It’s a reminder that God is all we need, he is our Ebenezer an ever present help. ❤️
    Praise God!

I wish they made worship as biblically deep as this nowadays 😢

I had to watch this after binging worship songs by elevation and hilllsong just to refresh my soul. Why every church doesn't just stick to hymns is beyond me

Those big churches you mentioned are very worldly. I found out a lot on Apostate Report about these popular worship music artists, they're bad news. Kings is good though. I think churches should stick to hymns instead of making church a rock concert with a lukewarm, repentless mini-sermon. I used to play on a contemporary worship team but I'm beginning to see, worship music isn't supposed to be like that.

great interpretation, but i'm convinced the drummer is not comfortable with 3/4

it's a polyrhythm friend, it is done intentionally

well, maybe not a polyrhythm, that's probably up for interpretation, but the drums are for sure in 4/4
