- Power integrity is important to the entire system performance and consists of much more than power distribution noise. This webcast provides an understanding of power integrity, why it is important, how to design for it, and it teaches techniques for high-fidelity simulation, analysis, and measurement. The goal is to enable you to better isolate, troubleshoot, and optimize power related issues.

Great explanation with good design tips. Thank you!
Thank you for the great video
This was uploaded in 360p max, why?
very good
She kept calling it a “state based model”. It’s a state-space model, pioneered by R.D. Middlebrook.
Why just ajust 360p on video?
Also recorded with a toy microphone
what exactly is "appropriate power"?
Good question, “appropriate power” is a simple way of saying that power delivery should be engineered to deliver power across a wide range of frequencies, and not just DC. A more complex answer is that most power supply designers try to provide the lowest resistance. Low resistance if not matched to the resistance of the load can often lead to high frequency mismatch issues resulting in resonances. The Q of that resonance, and the peak impedance at the resonance actually increases as the power supply resistance is lowered. This is where simulation can help to understand the trade-offs.
