I agree with you! Keep in mind Flus probably cost them at least 3 games, plus the Commanders game which was demoralizing! If they just used the simple tush push they could of won a lot more games! The coach who can think ahead and know what to do in game time situations will be successful! The coach who comes in will be in a great situation to turn this team around and be considered a hero in Chicago! Who wouldn't want that!
The problem is the bears keep buying into a one person will fix all vibe. First we were told the QB would fix things. Now we’re told that a good coach will fix all the problems.
I would keep Tevin Jenkins, Darnell Wright, and maybe Braxton Jones, but definitely bring in a RG and Center. No teams has every lineman as a all-pro. On the DL they need a stud RDE and a DT.
Coming to coach the bear is like going to buy a car without wheels. You can start it, take a walk around, or even sit in it. You can also be sure there are more problems that you can't see or hear from the surface. The fans watch every single day and watch every report. They can't agree on the problem. It's Caleb, it's the Oline, it's the play calling, it's the HC, it's the GM, it the culture, it's the owners, or it's Mike Norths fault. The Bears have tried many different makes of wheels and still it cant make all the way down the street. Today, the team sits on the side of the garage with a 5k mile spare that needs to be replaced covered with a blue tarp and cinder blocks.
No college rookies or superbowl-less experiments. Bears deserve the most elite, proven HC to turn it around immediately. That is why Carroll and Bellichick were interested. They see on all 3 sides what has to be done. Fans are tired of hearing unworthy names being mentioned. Bear down and think nothing but the best!
I feel you, but I don’t wanna eliminate folks like a Ben Johnson or Joe Brady! We need the best man for the job and that won’t necessarily be an experienced HC.
I agree with everything you said,VYP. Ruth is way off base with what she said. We don't need that type of mentality as a TRUE Bear fan base. I like your mentality/mindset of realism and positivity when it comes to Chicago and its team is beautiful. Caleb is the best QB in this draft and he needs support system. We need a alpha coach, but I am not convinced that it's Ben Johnson. I am a Bears fan but I live in Baltimore which is Raven Country. I bleed Chicago even though I never been there. Bulls, Bears, White Sox and Blackhawks. We are experiencing bad times right now, but a TRUE BEAR FAN GETS STRONGER WITH ADVERSITY NOT WEAKER. WE ARE NOT THAT FAR OFF. What games are they watching? Having the mic is a powerful tool, use it wisely! I get bashed everyday because of Bears performances on the field, but I defend my team proudly and where my gear regularly with no shame or fear. The overall fanbase is easy to sway and fickle at times. If you are a Bear than you should roar like one! I don't care about Jacksonville or any other city. Yes, the criticism is brutal but when you win in Chicago you become IMMORTAL.
All the way in Baltimore! Wow! Appreciate you supporting my content! Thank you! I have a lil more faith in Ben Johnson than you, but I would not be mad if Mike Vrabel become our Head Coach!
@bearsyard I would go with Ben Johnson if we can clean the house from top to bottom. His offensive acumen is undeniable, but his leadership and his commitment to the whole team are what I question? Can he handle Chicago media? Will the team respect him as their ALPHA, and can he discipline players when needed. HC and OC are two different positions, as you well know. I understand that there will always be change/risk in the NFL. I like Vrabel, Flores, and Carroll, depending on their staff. A veteran coach over hot coordinator
Bro, she made have stretch the truth a bit but she wasn't that off. What she failed to mention is the top part of the organization is trash 🗑️. Who would want to deal with the McCaskey s?
Whynare Bears fans acting like we have the pick of the litter for the best available head coaching options? NO quality Head Coach is going to come to the Bears if RYAN POLES is still the GM.
@@rhdtv2002 different he wasn’t the head coach. He’s turned down jobs because he didn’t want to go to a complete failure. Plus he started his coaching career in Detroit and worked his way up to oc.
@@michaeltimothy6980 the Lions were a failure when he got there. They had NOTHING good at that moment other than some talent around like any other team. So are the Bears who at one time had a very good winning history.
@rhdtv2002 not to mention the fact that the bears outplayed the lions twice handedly last season, and if not for bad coaching would have won both games. Just saying, good coaching is what we need. bear down, brother
Bears fans, we gotta talk about the kind of Head Coach we should AVOID at all costs! Let me know your thoughts below!
Fix the offensive line first
That’s priority!
Ben Johnson wants to win a Super Bowl alongside Dan Campbell.
I want a million dollars. He might this year. He also wants to be a head coach.
Need discipline
Are you ever gonna throw it to kmet?
Get better go after the packers first, then minnesota, but give credit to detroit for the way they are playing with all those injuries on defense
She wasn't lying ... nobody wants to work for the McCaskey ... Caleb is not the best to come out the draft Jayden was the best
We can agree to disagree about the Caleb/Jayden stuff.
Good line means you can run it
I agree with you! Keep in mind Flus probably cost them at least 3 games, plus the Commanders game which was demoralizing! If they just used the simple tush push they could of won a lot more

Soooo many facts!!!!
The problem is the bears keep buying into a one person will fix all vibe. First we were told the QB would fix things. Now we’re told that a good coach will fix all the problems.
Yeah. A few things need to be done to make this thing work!
I want an overhaul of the whole team in offseason, how many last place schedules do we need to finally get it right?
I would keep Tevin Jenkins, Darnell Wright, and maybe Braxton Jones, but definitely bring in a RG and Center. No teams has every lineman as a all-pro. On the DL they need a stud RDE and a DT.
Can’t trust Tevin enough to warrant paying him
The Bears need divine intervention, a new coach and a new team.
That’s a lot of needs 🤣🤣🤣
I feel sorry for ben johnson if he takes the bears job
Why? He has a lot to work with in Chicago
Can you let me know where you bought that ballcap. THANKS
I got it from a store in Glenview IL called Dinos sports fan shop.

This is actually a fitting analogy! Haha

Bears are in rebuild mode,in 2 years the bears will be contenders
If they make the right hire it won’t take that long

Allen needs to go,stevenson needs to grow up

No organization with a head coach opening is perfect. They all have flaws lol
@bearsyard Yeah but y'all have a terrible history when it comes to young quarterbacks.
Gruden really wants to coach Caleb and the bears. He brings everything we need, leader , culture etc & who’s a superbowl winnng hc!
They won’t touch Gruden with a 10 foot pole. lol
Hang it up bro Gruden will NEVA coach Caleb
BEN JOHNSON, PERIOD!!! Please just stop with all the other names.
🐻⬇️✌️✝️
You got NO argument here!!!!!
Whynare Bears fans acting like we have the pick of the litter for the best available head coaching options? NO quality Head Coach is going to come to the Bears if RYAN POLES is still the GM.
Because it’s still going to be a coveted opening. The leagues perception of the opening is vastly different from what fans believe……
What she talking about Trevor Lawrence has not been good at all that roster is not better than the bears
Not even a little! The bears are definitely the better roster!
Hire Deion Sanders as head coach
Stop it lol
Bears need to hire Jon Gruden or Mike Vrabal
I don’t think anyone is touching Gruden! Vrabel is definitely an option.
the bears suck so hard. ben johnson aint going there.
Don’t be so sure.
So was the Lions for a LONG LONG TIME
