Liron, I would just like to say Thank you so much for being so kind and taking the time to create, edit, upload and share these videos to help us all in our watercolor journey. I wanted you to know that I truly appreciate you being so generous with your time, wisdom, and beautiful art! I learn something new every single time I watch one of your videos, and I really appreciate that. I have been following your channel for a long time now and it has been really awesome seeing you grow as an artist as well. Thank you for letting us be a part of your watercolor journey! I wish you and yours many blessings. Much Love and Respect, Stacy
These latest videos are some of the best watercolor videos I've seen in a long time. I'm really learning from them and your points and presentation are spot on. I'm taking notes, dude!!
Great teaching Liron. I’ve been struggling with getting the feeling of glow or light in watercolour and am beginning to get there. I can see that putting cool dark (shadows) next to a warm light is the only way to create the impression of say a glowing sky or sunlight bouncing off a building. Your videos have helped me a LOT. Thank you!
Think I'll have to watch this a few times to really grasp what you mean by glow, but I'm sure it will be worth it if it means I can produce something as lovely as the painting you show us.
Haha happy to hear! (: I didn't make it up, it was in the reference. Sometimes it's important to know what details to "fish" from the reference to enhance the message you want to get across!
I love your attitude...you can’t be a genius with everything being artistically talented and a great motivator and communicator as well as a generous soul excuses a slight hiccup with technology ✌️✌️😘
Great tips! Any ideas for achieving glow in a winter snow scene? I have been attempting the pink glow of early winter sunrise combined with blue snow shadows. Suggestions please!
Great video! How long do you think it takes to build the proper muscle memory in order to define one owns drawing style. I am trying to work on line and pattern on a daily basis in order to regain that muscle memory in my hands after not drawing in such a long time. Though Im a couple months in and I am already beginning to see growth and improvement. Keep up the good work and motivitating us amateur artists!Blessings
Once again you seem to have read my mind :D) I've been wondering why my paintings lack that glow watercolors are known for. Thanks so much for this video!
Thanks. I didn't think you could achieve glow with temperature of colours, only with contrasts. I loved the church btw, the light parts shone! St. Patrick's in Manhattan? I did one of my own, using colour and value. Just a small strip like yours, from my own reference . AT LAST, it's getting through to me!! I got the glow.
Thanks for the great demonstration on creating light. Temperature and Value are crucial in creating a great painting! What was the white pen you used to create the streetlight? Was it just a white gel pen? Thanks
Not really sure what you mean by glow. The word you used throughout the video was contrast, which makes sense, and at other points, you seem to be talking about preserving areas with few layers, which is more about vibrancy. But how is that "glow"?

Your advice is so relevant. You discuss some of the things that make our paintings become "magic." Thanks Liron!

I never would have thought of a white street lamp. That really turned it into a hot day for me.
Haha happy to hear! (:

Great examples. I like the strong contrast of colors when they mute down and like you say, glow.

I love the New York painting.
Thanks for this vid! I am wanting to improve my watercolor practice and glow is majorly missing from my work. Thanks for your tips.

Haha happy I can keep reading your mind and providing solutions :D
I'm really trying to do my research!

Thanks for your lesson!
Do you have a video on your painting of the buildings you showed? I loved the look of it.

Thank you. ❤
Genius!!!! Thank you
Cool!
You should try M grahams indian yellow, PY110.
Thank you
Foundational guidance, thanks much. Did you intend to say toward end that concealing the white contributes to glow? Oops. “Can see”, not “conceal”.
