Seadoo Wipes Out in Niagara Falls Rapids - Full Rescue Video
This is footage of the Lower Niagara River where the Jet Boat Tours take place. The four of us had never been on this river before.
The machines in this video are a 2012 Sea-Doo GTI SE 155, a 2011 Sea-Doo RXT 215(modified), a 2006 Kawasaki STX 15F and a 2006 Sea-Doo RXP 215.
The RXP 215 capsized as a result of cavitation on approach of the Devil's Hole class V rapid. Once the rider was safely out of the water, the capsized machine was recovered and suffered some damage to the cowl/hood and the handlebars. Off-video we righted the machine, got it running and let the aftermarket bilge pump do its job.
