Just After Bath
Sit on mat.
2. Light lamp & Offer Dhoop and Agarbatti.
Then I chant sri ram 🙏 Jay ram Jay Jay ram 🙏
For 2 minutes
Then I first Read Sankat Mochan Hanumanastak
Later in continuation I read
Hanuman chalisa
And lastly mein pair padta hu prbhu ke
That's it.

Yes .I chant Hanuman chalisa daily. I have seen tremendous improvement and confidence in me by grace of Lord Shri Ram,Lord shiv,ma kali and Shri Hanuman . Keep your body and surroundings and thoughts clean and pure. Onion and Garlic are तामसिक , so avoid them, as eating them pollutes your thoughts and then you can't connect with Hanumanji. So after bathing, sit at temple of your home, chant श्री राम जय राम जय जय राम and then chant श्री राम स्तुति and then श्री हनुमान चालीसा

I want to share a story about how chanting Hanuman Chalisa, changed my life.
I was going through a tough time, dealing with anxiety and brain fog. But after just a day or two of chanting, I felt a deep connection with Hanumanji.
One day, on my way to school, I asked Hanumanji for a miracle to help me through my struggles. Later, I found out that my dad's motorcycle had stopped in the middle of a busy road on his way to work. It could have been a dangerous situation, but he came home safely.
I believe Hanumanji heard my prayer and protected my dad that day. This experience strengthened my faith in Hanumanji's power.
Now, whenever I feel lost or anxious, I turn to Hanuman Chalisa for guidance. It's like having a friend who's always there to support me through life's ups and downs.
Chanting Hanuman Chalisa has become a source of comfort and strength for me. It reminds me that even in the toughest times, Hanumanji is watching over me, ready to help whenever I need him.
@sukunnnaaaa you can eat non-veg ig ....but more than chantin Hanuman Chalisa wat i did was i tried to create bond with hanuman ji in a very causal way cuz i have no friends. He is my friend who comes for the help anytime i need. But during a 21-day sankalp to manifest something, u should refrain from it. Currently, I don't chant Hanuman Chalisa daily, but I'm planning to start again.
My mother was once very sick. She began chanting Hanuman Chalisa with full faith and didnt eat non veg for about three months, and in less than three months, she stopped getting sick.

The most important thing I have learnt from my sadguru is that if any of your wishes don't get fulfilled just have immense faith on your god & believe that either that thing was not meant for you or it wasn't the right time because he always knows what's best for us . Immense and unshakable faith is what I feel we need to imbibe in ourselves & leave rest on him 🙏Most importantly don't ever shy away from taking the name of your lord or praying because in our worst times he is the only one who is going to come to our rescue ♥

West has many books now on gratitude , journaling , mediation, yoga .. irony is we have to learn it from them now while these practices were part of our forefathers since long .. i still remeber seeing my dadi doing dhyan everyday in morning and evening ..
Just doing puja, helps you focus on your goals, gratitude , meditation helps in calming you from daily stress ... Sad part is schools doesn't even have these things now in syllabus and people have to learn these from foreign authors
I realized later in my life that power of Hanuman Chalisa is unbelievable. Could have avoided many unfortunate things.

I love hanuman ji(supreme power).I'm chanting hanuman chalisa since my childhood. not asked anything except love in return. guess what!!!
I'm most depressed. failed in most of the project. if I get pass in written exam some how I could not get my name in final list. some time feels I'm trapped in my body. many incidents supreme power proved me that he is all around me. but vanished when I'm in most need of him.WHY?
Because in this state you are doing more bhakti cause u remembering him more than anyone who is happy cause when one is happy they forget God in maaya 😁😆🙏
The answer lies in our Karmic account book, to help you more I think read about dark night of the soul. God can only help and guide us and act as a shock absorber to whatever sudden shock or wrath of our Karma awaits us next. God cannot change our fate, they can provide shield and absorb whatever they can. So I think when you look at it. To look at the bigger picture you need more time!

When I sit in front of God doing meditation (Chitt-ekagra) I have been able to generate feelings that "Bhagwan tujhse kya maangu? tune jab bhi jarurat padi sab kuch diya. Kabhi 10 rs maangta to tu 100 rs de deta. Tune mujhe Chappar faad ke diya hai. Ab tujhse kuch nahi maanga hai bas tujhe kya de saku, tujhe kya pasand hai ye bata.. as Sant Tukaram said : Urlo aata upkara purta"

Learnt so much from you till date and still learning...i just lovr the way u explain and convince me to do good things in life rather than just imposing an opinion..love your work dude!! Hanuman ji healed my father and brought him back to me and i am forever grateful to him!! My mother used to worship a lot in those days, i too used to worship him and believe him as a child but then i started loving ganesha and soon in my adolescents right now i love krishna...i got the answer of this by HG amogh lila prabhu ji in your podcast only that it happens bcz ur behaviour and perspective towards life changes over time!! I m proud to have explored so many gods their blessings in my life!! God has always helped me out and has held me everytimee!! Gonna include Hanuman chalisa in my everyday routine...thanks for giving me this idea!! My mother too gave me this idea two days ago...hoping to see good changes in me!!
