I really don't think a lot of people who view your videos know just how good they really are and how accurate your advice and instructions are regarding swings. I started off golfing in Nov of 2022 and played from the forward tees for just over a year as my handicap went from 25 down to 4.8. Then I moved back to the next set of tees and my handicap is around 6.8. Now I am playing a few round from the next set of tees back to the blues. From the whites. And from the Reds or forward tees. My swing has gone through many transformations to get better. What I love about your videos is it fits the direction I was taking my swings. I need to have a backswing that really gets behind me and not one that really stays more parallel to the target line to be an effective ball striker. Thank you for your videos and instructions and commitment to sharing your knowledge as a pro.
By the way - with this video I now see if your arms come around your body too low like you are describing, your finish ends up more on your back shoulder. If done the correct way like you describe, your finish wraps around the top area of the back of your head. THANKS!
@@griffehotte Closer to three years. I got down to a 7 handicap in just over a year and a half. Didn't get down to under 5 for another 5 months. And was playing from the forward tees at that time. Then moved back to the white tees and have managed to only see my handicap go up a little. I play one to two rounds just about every day. I live only 1.7 miles from the golf course.
Pro, you pick up one item at a time & so beautifully & effectively address the key points! Absolutely brilliant 👏 very few coaches can match! Thank you so much
Such a beautiful golf swing. When watching your intro, I was focused on you keeping your RIGHT arm straight after impact. But it makes so much sense to try to keep the LEFT arm straight. I am definitely going to try this now. Also, I have heard we should keep the RIGHT arm straight in the backswing too (although most of us focus on the LEFT). One question tho … I’ve heard the ball follows where your shoulders are at impact. I have a friend who constantly pulls the ball LEFT. I keep telling him it’s because his shoulders are open (to the left) at impact, and that’s where the ball goes. Is that correct? Good stuff, Lily 👍🏻 Thank you 🙏🏻
Much better swing and instruction than all the LPGA washouts and club pros. You should setup to give lessons on SKILLEST and maybe do some short on course videos. You really are doing great, you will be more popular.
Congratulations! You're very good. Thanks to your advice I have improved.
