For the pancakes:
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2.5 tablespoon white sugar
2.5 cups milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
For the caramel sauce:
1 cup brown sugar
6 tbsp butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
1/4 tsp sea salt

Good editing, great personalities! Higher audio quality would bump these videos up to the next level. A shotgun mic or lav would be very cheap and do the job.
