My Dad's Uncle bought Our 3000 Diesel a month or so before I was born in January of 1968. My Dad says that Ours doesn't have the 13mm bolt in the back of the pump like You are talking about. I know it is the original pump, because I know My Dad's Uncle rebuilt it with rubber washers like You put on House Facets with. I don't think if the older models had a different pump or what. I am thinking that it probably came from England because Diesel Tractors were pretty new back then.
I have to replace the power steering pump on a ford 7000 series diesel tractor. Are the bolts to remove the pump behind the filter? Also it looks to run off the cam shaft gear, is the power steering pump gear have to be timed with everything else or not???

Great videos. I also had to replace the upper seal in the steering column on my 3400. Not too bad a job. Where did you get the seal kits for your cylinders? Were they outrageously expensive? Thanks, Jack
I am located in georgia. The parts came from cobb county tractor. They were not to bad. I think around 100 for the seals.

Do you fill the canister completely up with oil and what oil did you use?

Excellent video. You can disassemble the cylinder to replace the piston O-ring. I've posted a video of doing that. If you don't mind I'll post a link.
where is the link?
